I was a bit skeptical about ordering the city slicker pizza when my friend suggested it but I was so happy when I tasted it! Vinny's is such a hidden gem in the Goose Creek area! It's become one of my favorite pizza places now! The booths could be replaced if you're looking to sit on inside, but you can always carry it out! It's delicious either way!

Stromboli

Vinny's Pizza menu has many delicious selections. The food is fresh and hot. In my opinion one of the best Pizza Joints in the Goose Creek area. The Stromboli is delicious. You definitely will get your best bang for the buck. The restaurant is small with limited seating. If you are unable to driver to this pizza gem, they do offer delivery and available on Uber Eatz

Supreme pizza

Pizza is good and they use a great mix of cheese and the crust is nice BUT it is not a New Yorker would not go crazy over it. The toppings were fresh and my lunch partner had a supreme. (Picture attached) The Salad was fresh and wonderful but in came in a to go box. There is no service to speck of so forget about dining in. Carry only. The dining room is a mess and they don't have servers. Cheap paper plates and plastic silverware that won't cut your pizza. Very disappointing. I have heard such great things and when my friend was taking me out for lunch I wish I would have picked Somewhere else that had a nice Dining Room and good service.

Stromboli

I was craving pizza but after looking at their menu I decided to get the Stromboli. Best decision ever! It was huge and filled with pepperoni onions peppers and mushrooms. It was too big so I'll be eating that I have one tomorrow. Next time I think I want to try the calzone or I just might get a Stromboli again yum

Food was ok, service with a party of 9 was super slow, half the table got their food and finished before the others got their food.

Great pizza, and it could be the closest to Jersey pizza in the low country. Well done and I ate 3 slices driving home.

We've been coming to this pizzeria since we moved here from NY (4 years ago) because it felt like…read morethe closest thing to home--but unfortunately, something has seriously changed. Lately, the service has gone downhill. The hosts are consistently rude and can't seem to take a simple phone order correctly. We've brushed it off before, assuming they were just busy and mistakes happen... but tonight proved otherwise. On a slow night, my husband called in an order for a large pizza, a small calzone, and 10 BBQ wings. I stopped to pick it up on my way home from my son's sick doctor visit, only to be met with attitude the second I walked in--like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. I paid (almost $40), waited, and was handed only the wings and Calzone--no pizza. When I asked about the rest, I was told "this is all I got" while she held up the receipt. Come to find out, the order was wrong to begin with--they had put in a LARGE calzone instead of a small, and completely missed the pizza. So now I have to reorder the pizza and wait--again--with a sick child in the car. After 20 minutes, I finally get the pizza... and it's the wrong size. At that point, the attitude from the employee made the situation even worse. And to top it all off, we get home and the calzone is burnt, and the bottom of the pizza is completely burnt too. This place is not what it used to be, which is really disappointing. It seems like management or something major has changed, because the difference from even a year ago is drastic. Sadly, we won't be coming back--and we'll definitely be warning others about our experience.

We were in Charleston on a mini vacation and looking on Yelp for places to eat. This place came up,…read moreso we thought we would try it. We were not disappointed! Wow, the Pizza and customer service are great! This a small family owned business. They offer build your own pizza, baked pasta, hot hoagie, sweet treats, zones, salads, and really cool pizzas! The prices are average. Everything we had was made fresh, served hot, and absolutely delicious! We definitely recommend this place!

On my most recent visit I arrived early and sat right by the pickup counter so I wouldn't miss my order. I watched my pizza sit on the counter for about 12 minutes without anyone calling a name. Eventually I walked up and asked if it was mine, and sure enough it was. By the time I got it, the pizza had probably been sitting there close to 20 minutes, so it was cold again. When I mentioned it, the employee said they had called my name, which simply isn't true because I was sitting right there the entire time and never heard anything. What makes this even harder to understand is the price. A large pizza there runs about $27, and it's a very thin pizza. At that price you'd expect hot food and at least a little attention to making sure customers actually get their order when it's ready. Cold pizza twice in a row at that price point is disappointing.

I've been eating at EVO for over 13 years and will continue to do so. In the category of what I…read morerefer to as fancy pizza, they are my favorite. The salads are great, the pizzas are great, and my favorite pork trifecta still hits the spot every time. With that being said, I have noticed some changes over the years. The meats on the pork trifecta have all changed and in my opinion, to a slightly lower quality. Obviously, prices and suppliers change over time at a business, but I do miss the old way they used to make it. I also have been getting a different cook on it each time. Sometimes it's got a heavy char all around and sometimes it's too light and no crunch. As I started with, I love EVO and will continue to go, but I hope they can get some consistency back to how they do their pies. It's not cheap and for that reason I expect a superior product.

They usually have different pizza specials going on, which I like, and the menu keeps things interesting. They also have a good wine selection and really yummy salads, which is a nice balance if you're not just there for pizza. Service has been pretty good every time I've been. It does get crowded and loud, especially during busy hours, but overall it's a solid spot in Park Circle and a good place to gather with friends.

Finding truly good pizza in Charleston is harder than it should be, so when we found Woodhaven, we…read morewere excited. Their thin crust pizza is honestly some of the better pizza we've had in the area. The crust has a great texture, the pies are balanced well, and overall the flavors are consistently good. That said... I have one recurring frustration that keeps happening every single time we order. We always add fresh garlic, and every single time, you can't taste it at all. And let's be honest -- real fresh garlic, if it's actually fresh and used generously, should absolutely announce itself on a pizza. It should hit with conviction. Either it's barely being added, forgotten entirely, or it's the bland jarred stuff pretending to be fresh garlic. It's frustrating because the pizza itself is genuinely good, and this feels like such an easy fix that would take the pies to another level. We'll definitely keep coming back because good pizza in Charleston is rare, but please... let the garlic show up to the party.

Nothing quite like being told there's a 20-minute wait... while staring at a dining room that's…read morehalf empty. Apparently the empty tables were just for decoration. We were told they were "behind," which must mean the tables were tired and needed a break, because there were plenty of them just sitting there doing absolutely nothing. It's always impressive when a restaurant manages to create a wait without actually being busy. If the goal was to make customers question reality, mission accomplished. Otherwise, it just felt like poor management and a front-of-house system that's completely out of sync. Waiting when a place is packed makes sense -- waiting when you can count the empty tables on both hands (and then some) just comes off as poorly run. Hopefully they figure it out... or at least put the empty tables back into active duty. Food is below average anyway so I won't be returning. And restaurants wonder why they go out of business and blame the economy. It's not the economy most of the time it's that they just don't know what they're doing.
