After each day, I was checking on them and noticed that equipment was turned off (which should be working all night) and noticed bad smell of Marijuana in my house. Then I noticed broken blinds and dent on my new refrigerator. I called owner (Alex Sitnik) who told me don't worry we will take care of it. After 1 week they sent my insurance bill for 27k which my insurance didn't want to pay, because they overcharged. (They paid 23k) Then I started getting emails from this company asking to pay difference or they will put me on collection, I called Alex Sitnik and he said don't worry, it's just strategy to scare insurance. After a few months I got the same emails again, called Alex and no answer, a few weeks later I got call from collection.... Alex blocked me, My friend who new him called him and he blocked him as well. I Paid $3,500 to collection and never heard from Alex Sitnik again, please don't make my mistake!!!!

Unfortunately my wife and I have had our previous home that was 900sqf in California flood and that was about 4000 dollars for labor and equipment which was used for about 3 weeks and now one of our restroom floods which is maybe 100 to 200 square feet and with labor and about 4 days let's call it 1 week with equipment they want 8000 dollars . It looks like this is an on going issue where they say that the insurance company simply don't know what they are talking about according to this company . Look at yelp reviews to see how a lot of people have the same issue as I do . PLASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY .

Project manager came to see the house, 3 days later when I texted to find out about any updates he had no recollection of who I was or that he had been to the house. It took MONTHS just to get things cleared so they could begin work which was unreasonable since literally all that needed to happen was selecting a replacement flooring (which took me maybe 2 weeks to coordinate with their flooring subcontractor). Even though they were supposedly a fast-track because they were "pre-approved" by my insurance, they seemed to have no way of actually communicating with the insurance company and each time there was a need for communication between them, weeks would pass (without ANY UPDATE from EITHER of them to me). Inevitably it required me to act as a go-between even though I had no visibility of the situation at all. They texted to tell me they were arriving the next day... without any coordination and while I was on vacation and not at the house. The scheduling was frequently last minute. Every time someone new showed up to do work, they would arrive and ask me what they were supposed to do, as if the project manager had told them nothing. They used the wrong paint on the walls and the finishing job was not great. (None of which mattered because then the pack-out company re-damaged all the new walls and flooring we had replaced.) Finally, they forgot to send me a bill (even though the insurance was supposed to pay them directly), and they blamed me for not magically knowing I was supposed to pay them and how much. I received threatening phone calls and letters about them putting a lien on my house for something I wasn't even aware I was supposed to do. In total, the communication was horrific, the timeline was incredibly slow, and the work done was barely satisfactory. I will literally never use this company again and highly recommend everyone else stay the *%&@#$ away.

The job was not done and they were constantly in a hurry. NOT IMPRESSED AND DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL WHATSOEVER!!!!!! They had an unsupervised apprentice working with them and didn't know how to paint... what I have listed is not even half of what the problems were. Not to mention that in the house that they were working on two elderly people live in it and one passed away because of all of the stress during the renovation work. It should not take nine months to do the work that they did and left with a lot of it not even done.

I went up and checked before, during and post work and we are so pleased. We are now properly vented and have airflow, have all areas sealed, vent fans sealed correctly and enough insulation. It took only about an hour for the estimate, including the 1/2 hour the gentleman took to write it up and provide photos, work to be done and costs (in a color pamphlet!). He also reviewed what was found and what work should be done and why. We were really impressed. The actual work was scheduled week later and took 2 days (did not take an entire day each day). They were quick, clean, put up plastic barriers to protect the walls, house and floor. No leakage of any debris or old soiled insulation occurred. 10/10 would hire again. After the work, I discovered an unusual amount of dust accumulating in my house and tracked it down to the attic intake duct not being sealed and the new blow in cellulose insulation being sucked into my air system. I removed the blow in insulation to seal it and found all the shoddy work done by the Crawl Pros crew: unsealed ducts, horribly sloppy foam spray sealing, wrapped ducts with large gaps where insulation is missing, old rat droppings not cleaned up, sand from blasting not vacuumed, bent blow in depth gauge to mislead about actual insulation depth, old insulation re-used and buried, loose staples from a failed staple gun, and damaged hardwood floor near attic entrance. Whatever you do... look elsewhere for attic or basement work

This company must be treating them right as they each and every one of them were absolutely fantastic. Our items were wrapped carefully and handled with such care. They were so pleasant to work with, it really made moving so much less stressful. When we reached our new place, they were so helpful in taking our things to the right rooms, and such great consideration was given to everything. They even removed the empty boxes and wrapping paper for us. Such a pleasure to deal with positive, happy, hardworking people. FRSTeam is successful because of their great employees and their training procedures to guarantee a great move. Highly recommend!!!!

Although she was told that we did not need their services as we had already decided on another company she visited multiple times to hard sell her services. She would not take no for an answer and it was to the level of harassment. After she was told no for the final time, we received a call from Washington L&I regarding a call they received about improper asbestos-related work in our home. We had already tested the home to confirm that there was no asbestos related materials. This resulted in additional work and headache for us to refute this false report. During this disastrous time for me and my family, most of the people we have interacted with have been extremely helpful and understanding. It is unfortunate that there are some people out there who want to take advantage of our misfortune. I do not want an apology or any contact from your business. I want you to stop doing this to people, especially people who are trying to recover from a disaster. P.S. if you are an employee of this business, know that we have video monitoring of our property including of your visits. It will be difficult for you to pretend that you did not continue visiting our home even after you were told no repeatedly. I also filed an information request from the county to confirm the person who falsely reported us for having asbestos related work in our home. It was indeed someone from Superior Contents. These are people who retaliated against us after a natural disaster because we would not hire them when they showed up UNSOLICITED to our home.

After we ripped up the entire carpeted space and treated it--I wanted info from a professional to see if there was anything else that we needed to do before getting the affected slab ground down and polished. I spoke with several companies who were unhelpful over the phone or charging ridiculous fees just to come out and provide an estimate. Mathew, the owner of Puget Sound Water Rescue was timely in his responsiveness over the Yelp App (on a Sunday afternoon) and ultimately provided us the perspective and information that we needed to determine whether or not professional remediation services were warranted at this point. Ultimately we determined with his help that they were not. Despite the fact that we did not end up hiring (anyone), his knowledge, honesty, and helpfulness were 5 stars worthy. Highly recommend talking to and/or Mathew for your remediation needs!

So, when my portable AC leaked onto my flooring last night, I knew who I was going to contact. I called when they opened, and found out that he was booked for the next week. I decided to send him a message to see if there was a company he would recommend to me. He actually responded immediately and said that he'd be able to squeeze me in! You have no idea how grateful I was to hear that. He gave me two time options, and called me when he was on the way. I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Matthew used a thermal camera, and a moisture meter to inspect for moisture on the floor/subfloor and flex ducting. Once again, he was thorough at his job, and in his communication. It's difficult finding people that take pride in their work, are trustworthy, and do a great job. I've had quite a few companies do various types of jobs for me, and there are only two who I'd recommend. Mathew with Puget Sound Water Rescue is one of them!
