I have never been so appalled with a customer service experience in my entire life! I will be uploading a picture for proof here in case the manager reads it, who also happened to be not on site at the time. I was even more shocked to realize I'm not the only person who has ever been scammed by these guys, read the other reviews and then avoid this place at all costs. So it began about 2 PM on a Wed afternoon. I asked for $20 in gas as I was just about empty and wanted to get close to a half a tank. I'm on my lunch break and in a hurry so I never turned around to see how much was given to me, my mistake....which I immediately rectified after handing the guy a $20 bill and leaving the station. As I'm heading down the road I notice the needle only approaches a quarter tank, that can't be right. Just to ensure I'm not going crazy, I make a right, go around the block and I'm back in my SAME EXACT SPOT within 1-2 minutes. And guess what, it reads that I was only given $10 (picture uploaded). This is where it gets good.... "Hey buddy, I don't recognize you, you weren't here". That got me fuming and we began a verbal altercation. I kept testing him to pull some tapes of me being there after he a) threatened to call the cops on me b) said the tapes would prove that I WASNT there. No dice, no tape was ever reviewed. A mechanic had to come out and break up our altercation, I don't exactly enjoy being called a liar when a quick view of a video surveillance camera would prove otherwise. The station attendant was a complete jackass about the entire situation. I ended up filling out a "customer complaint form" which I also have picture proof of, along with the same exact spot I was sitting in and what the attendant put in my tank, asking for my money back. I'm not holding my breathe on this one, according to their track record, I'll be shocked to see this rectified. These guys have the cheapest gas in the area but that's the only thing they have going for them. They've tried to scam me twice now, and luckily i caught it both times. This morning, for the second time, i requested $40 of 93 octane (my car can only handle 91 or higher), and they tried to fill 89 octane, hoping i wouldn't look at the pump. I have been a regular customer at Kings gas station.I pulled up to the pump and said $20.00 regular and my gut feeling said look at the pump and sure as hell The man pushed the highest grade in gas.I told the man what he did and He started rambling fast to confuse me.But I had to speak up loud and clear and explain to him.He was very snippy with me and threw $2.00 in my passenger window and said here we are even and walked away...God only knows how many other people he pulled this on..My advice keep an eye on the pumps when he sets the price on it. Been using them for state required annual inspection and gas regularly. For minor repairs like brake and interior lights too. Good service. No complaints. Reasonable priced always. Bonus - Great in winter to have full service! read more

The "master mechanic" said I needed brakes to pass inspection. Turns out my brakes are fine. The caliper housing is rusty but the pads and rotors themselves are fine. He is either a crook or a moron; in any case, I'm outta there for good. read more

Best mechanic ever! His name is Easy. He's quick and knows exactly what's wrong with your car soon as he checks it. My car key was stuck in the ignition and wouldn't come out. I took my car to 2 other mechanics who all told me the same thing, "the problem is the ignition and it's $140 for a new one plus labor." On my way home I stopped at Kings for gas. I went to their mechanics for a last opinion. Easy checked my car and found that the problem was not the ignition. It was the shifter!!!! He fixed it right away and was done in 10 mins. He's real nice too he won't try to scam you he'll give you the right price. read more

This place doesn't even deserve a one star.... I got my front breaks fixed and everything was fine but once when I got my back brakes the abs light come on and my brake light came on my dash board. I want to say one thing ...thank god the auto repair is under new management... Those two brothers (scammers) are gone and finally a real mechanic has taken over ...I went there the other day after a friend had told me. I have gone to a couple of other places prior for a radiator problem and I was told that I needed to replace the radiator and would be about $500 and This new guy (Easy ) took real good care of me. He didnt take advantage of me because im a girl and told me what i really needed which was a hose and only charged me $35 for everything with labor.His prices were reasonable and he was straight up and honest and didn't even try to scam me like most mechanics would...he even made sure all my fluids were full ...I'm just happy I found a new and good mechanic .... read more

Very rude service here; my take is pay an extra $.02 and go to Best Petroleum down the street; you will at least get someone that will do the simple job of pumping gas in an acceptable manner and they take any credit card which is worthwhile for me since I get 3% back in rewards. Also, note the station takes cash only. They used to take credit cards at $.10 extra per gallon and the attendant was mad back then that he thought I was paying cash but I paid with credit card. He did not ask what I was paying with either and then arbitrarily added $1 to the fill up which was more than the extra per gallon cost as I was only buying 8 gallons and credit card cost was $.10 extra per gallon. read more

I went to this gas station and asked them for $30 Regular, when I started my car my gas guage had not moved at all, he told me look, look the numbers are moving and I said I don't care my gas guage still had not moved a bit return my $30 and give me the gas. I use to love that gas station the one across from wallgreens there was this on guy there I think his name was mike he was really good to the customers he knew what he was doing and could understand what you where saying i don't know why they would ever get rid of him but with this new guy they have working there you can't under stand him and he always has lines out to the street I went there to day and ask for ten and he ended up putting 20 in he's not very friendly and dose not understand they will lose alot of customers this way in my opinion they should bring back the other kid mike where Ever he went read more

My wife purchased gas there on 9/14 and was cheated out of eight dollars worth of gas when the nossle started shaking without dispensing gas. She turned on her power to monitor the pumping, but the needle never started moving until the attendant returned and jiggled the nossle. I went in for a sticker which I have done in the past without any problems, when my car came out it had a red Rejection sticker on it and the guy that inspected it told me that the headlight assembly needed to be replaced because it was pointing off to the right and that he tried to adjust the light but it could not be done and that he was a "Certified Nissan Technician" and could get me a price to replace the assembly,when I pressed him for more information he walked away and went inside,I know quite a lot about cars and knew that this was BS,I went to another Inspection station where the owner took about 1 minute to adjust the head light to where it needed to be,he did not charge for this and sent me back to King for a reinspection.If this had happened to someone that did not have any knowledge about cars they might have let this goon charge for a new headlight assembly and would have been ripped off for hundreds of dollars.I don't care if they drop their gas price to 50 cents I would not give them any business ever again read more
