Review is for the (former) McSheffrey's Mobil on Highland Ave in Medford, at the rotary with Elm Street. ZERO STARS if I could!!!! Ugh. My husband and I just left this gas station... i was in the car. The man inside was EXTREMELY RUDE when my husband went inside sans mask (All clear from Gov Baker as of yesterday!) to buy a soda and cigarettes. We don't have our masks anymore, wore them faithfully everywhere until yesterday. He threatened to call the police on my husband and insulted him, saying "What do you know about this country, you're from Ireland!!" And then proceeded to lecture him on politics... huh?? Not good business sense. My husband and I are both self employed and know the value of being polite and welcoming, and NOT being rude, or unprofessional. I used to get gas here every week, will never return and will be sure to tell everyone I know. Wow. Was amazed at this level of oddity and rudeness. read more

I work in the area and come here often to get gas , because the customer services are great!! the people that work there are awesome! very friendly! always in good mood! also because of the winter my car tires loose air, and i need to refill the tires, i do stop some times and fortunately i don't get charged for using the air pump, is free,free!! that's what separated them from the others, amenities that you have for free!! i am shell customer but if i need pump some air in my tires i need to pay for it!! but now i brought my business to the Mobil , often on this one! My favorite place to get gas or a drink from the store if I'm in Woburn area. Very clean and well-maintained gas station. Couple of times I have checked and filled air and the owner didn't charge for it, free on the house ! A nice surprise, thanks! I use my Mobil app to activate the pump and pay so very convenient for few touch points. read more

If you ever want to feel disrespected go to McSheffrey's. The clerk in the morning is so rude and crabby. The more patient and nice to her I am the more condescending she is. I end up leaving there feeling like something wrong with me. To be such a miserable person and have to deal with customers maybe she should find different career. read more

Go all the time for coffee in the morning ..... never have had an issue .... people are great .... went this afternoon to turn in lottery tickets .... lady at lottery counter was super rude and when she commented that next time To scratch off bottom part of tickets ... I commented it used to be we were not supposed to scratch to which she responded .... VERY condescending .... "it's been a year" ... Responding to previous post Angry Dog It never happened the way it was told!! The attendant walk over to look in the wind and the dog came to the window barking like most dogs The attendant never put his hands or head in the car , after the dog started getting worked up the walked away. 15 minutes after this happened I received a phone call from her (the dog whisperer) Asked her to meet me to review the video and she never show. We talked several times and she just wouldn't let it go . Ok - why am I reviewing a gas station? And why on EARTH do I bother to actually take a minute out of my day and CHECK-IN here?!?! Because it's so much nicer than your average gas station! The owner has employees that are threatening and abusive. My wife and young child went there today to get gas. Our daughter was in back with our dog. One of the employees, walked straight up to the car, reached through the window. Across my daughter and grabbed out dog with both hands. He pulled and dragging the dog practically out the window. My wife yelled at him to get away from the car, to leave. He ignored the yelling and continued to pull on the dog. He terrified my child, dog and wife. She couldn't pull away without running him over. She did everything to get the clerk insides attention to no avail. When the employee finally stepped away she left. She tried to call the station to speak to a manager, they never answered. She then called the police to file a report when I insisted on it. The police went to the station. Called us with the owners name and number. She called Sean mcsheffreys twice and still haven't received a response, an apology or any measure of safety for any patrons who use this station. read more

The location is convenient. What I never understood about this gas station is that it is ALWAYS 0.25 to 0.40 cents per gallon more expensive than the gas stations about a mile away either way on Route 38. Literately if you go a mile up route 38 there is a gas station right over the Wilmington line that I guarantee is significantly cheaper. Same going 38 south about a mile going into Woburn center. So yes, the location is nice. I don't know if its just because its a Mobil but its wicked expensive compared to other gas stations nearby. read more

owners very rude, not customer friendly, when informed that I was lost, he did not care did not ask where I was from, I had a 22 month old in my arms he was cussing and swearing at me as well as the other guy that was parked next to me and threatening him that if he ever saw him on the side of the road to watch out? for what? never again will I visit this place and for all those bus drivers out there looking for directions or a convenient cup of coffee, don't stop here, He also needs to realize that when yelling at a school bus driver, or near a bus threatening landscapers, that he was recorded,on video and audio, big brother is always watching you! read more
