I had just ridden across the top of the country from the SF Bay Area and wanted to get my fluids changed while i was in Atlanta. I found Phil online, gave him a call and he got me in. I explained that my motor (stock 107 M8) was putting out a lot of heat from the crank and tranny; my 1st 800 miles was thru Nevada desert and he fixed me up with Drag 70 SAE in the crank and primary and 85W tranny fluids. His crew did a 5k service (yup, this was her maiden voyage) washed the bugs and road tar off then called to let me know- all in about 4 hours. I had a tire for a '75 CB550 Supersport that I had been trying to get a tube put on at several local shops in the area but no one would touch it for various reasons - old bikes can be a pain, but I took the wheel off- there probably wasn't enough money in it for them. Took my wheel into Phil at King and he took care of me same day! And I must mention this was the witching hour right before closing. Also found out that King can order and install new tires when I'm ready for them on my retro cafe racer. Great customer service. King Cycles you earned a repeat customer for sure! read more

Horrible customer service, horrible communication. I dropped 2 bikes off, was told a timeline that was not honored. Phil did not stick to his word on timing and took weeks of my bikes just sitting with absolutely nothing done at all. On top of that my brothers bike which was one that was dropped off went into the shop was working perfectly and came out with problems. This would not be a big deal if I was offered that they would look to fix the bike or take care of the issues as I understand accidents happen but i I asked that Phil do that and he blew me off and said it wasn't his fault or problem. Tried relating to him and discussing if a car goes into a shop with a brake problem and comes out scratched are you going to expect that be taken care of? Of course Phil blew that off and told me do what I felt I needed to do when I told him I'd make this known. So here I am writing a review with one bike that's not working properly and another bike that sat and had no work done to make it better as well as a horrible taste left in my mouth for Phil and his lack of care or customer service. I highly suggest staying away from this shop if you want your bike treated well, work done properly and on time, or want good customer service from someone who will do right by their word. 0 stars out of 5 for Phil's disrespectful and unprofessional shop. read more

Found King's through the S&S web page. They have worked with me now for about two years. This season they helped make some major changes, paint, bars, grips, levers. The bike required repairs to the tank, I knew this going in. Their help with bar selection and all it entailed changed the ease handling tremendously. WORST BIKE SHOP IVE EVER HEARD OF! Brought in my 2005 Victory hammer because it was dying at low rpm's. Got talked into a dyno power commander and mapping. Had to call 6 times just to get them to confirm it was done. When they picked up they were pissed about the multiple calls and said "just come get it" then hung up on me. When I arrived they had mounted the power commander in a place that makes it impossible to put the side panel on. They also told me they wouldn't be doing business with me any more. Worst, and most hostile customer service I've ever seen. To top it off, the bike only runs marginally better. It died 4 times at low rpm's on the way home. This guy will do nothing but lie to you from start to finish! They broke a part on my bike and left it off in hopes I would not notice, and when I told them about it they charged me for the replacement part that they broke! The repair I had done did not even last 3000 miles! I did not take bike back to them to let them repair again because at that terrible level of no customer service I simply do not trust them to touch my bike again!
