Awesome experience and honest salesman. I bought a KTM 350 from them that was an excellent deal and great bike.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I dealt with this company a few years back to fix my…read morebikes. Had a good experience at the time and decided to come back. There must have been a change in management since the last time as the service was absolutely horrible! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! My bikes were picked up nearly 3 months ago to be "fixed"...after several phone calls to THEM (never them to me) asking for the status of my bikes, I was told that both of my bikes needed motors. Mind you the motor on one of the bikes had just been replaced a year ago and the other was purchased brand new and was not driven more than a handful of times. Oh and garage kept at that! After much back and forth they finally agreed to bring my bikes back since I totally disagreed with their analysis and was getting the run around. They showed up to my house unannounced and dropped my bikes off at the top of my driveway without my consent LEAVING THEM THERE FOR ANYONE TO STEAL. My bikes were brought back missing parts and now have extensive corrosion. As I stated before, my bikes were garage-kept so they were never in the elements prior to coming here. If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable mechanic - THIS IS NOT IT! They are only out for a money grab and have no idea what they are doing or how to properly fix on anything. Everything will end up needing the most extensive work dealing with them! DONT WALK, RUN FROM THIS UNPROFESSIONAL, UNKNOWLEDGABLE, MONEY GRABBING BUSINESS AND REPORT THEM ASAP!!!

When I dropped the bike off on a Saturday, I was told the service manager was out and would follow up with me Tuesday. No one ever called. I went in on Thursday and was told they don't typically work on Triumph motorcycles, but they would order the needed parts and contact the insurance adjuster if anything else was required. That was the last time they proactively contacted me. Over seven weeks, I had to go to the shop in person multiple times just to get vague updates. At week three, they said parts were ordered but not all had arrived. At week four, still waiting. At week six, they claimed the parts were the wrong color and needed to be returned. The service manager said he would personally drive to a Triumph dealer in North Georgia to get the correct parts -- he never did. Eventually, after seven weeks of little to no progress, the service manager said they would transport the bike to a Triumph dealership in North Georgia. That never happened either. My wife went in to speak with the GM, who told her this is a Honda dealership and questioned why we even brought it there -- despite the fact that it was recommended by our insurance adjuster. Moreover, GM communicated to my wife that Triumph would not send any parts to a non-Triumph dealership, but the service manager told me personally that some parts were on hand and others received were wrong. Communication was almost nonexistent. Calling for updates was pointless -- either you get hung up on, transferred to nowhere, or sent to voicemail that is never returned. The biggest disappointment was how the GM handled the situation. The shop had multiple opportunities to tell me they could not repair the bike but instead strung us along for seven weeks with zero progress. In the end, I had to hire a transport company myself to move the bike to another dealership -- and found out no parts had ever actually been ordered. This was a complete waste of time and an incredibly frustrating experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this shop for any repairs, especially insurance work. You will regret it if you use them for any type of repair.

Joey often organizes rides for his customers and I was able to accept his invitation to ride this weekend. The ride concluded at a nice brewery and I had to leave a little early so I said goodbye and started home. About 10 minutes after leaving my bike had a problem leaving it disabled on the side of the road. I tried calling Triumph roadside assistance and was having problems so I wanted to give Joey a call to see if he had any suggestions for getting the bike running or perhaps some idea how to get around my problems with the roadside assistance. He wasn't having any of that, he left the gathering he personally organized to make sure my wife and I were OK and see if he might be able to figure out what was wrong. He couldn't figure out the problem so he called Triumph's lead tech but unfortunately they weren't able to figure anything out. Amazing customer service right? Well it gets crazier. I've never once met Brian, the lead tech. Brian volunteers to drive an hour from his home (on a holiday weekend) to where my bike is located to pick it up, bring it to the dealer, and try to figure out what's wrong with it. Joey decides he's going to ride his motorcycle home, get his car, and drive me and my wife home -- we live over an hour from where the ride concluded. This is stuff that I'd hate to ask of a good friend and the people at Triumph never even batted an eye. I hardly even care what's wrong with the bike, I'm just so happy to know such good people I can't imagine ever going anywhere else to buy a bike again. Seriously, if you are in need of a motorcycle then consider Triumph and if you decide that Triumph (or Honda) is the brand you want then there's absolutely nowhere else you should even think of buying. These guys are absolutely amazing.

After I paid him upfront for the parts (didn't have an issue with that) on August 22, I was told he would have the parts by Tuesday the 9th of September (18 days after supposedly ordering them, but okay)... I texted him on Wednesday the 10th asking when I should expect him. He texted back said he had been sick and asked if Friday the 12th would work. Told him sure. Friday comes and he doesn't show. I text him back and no response. This continues through the ENTIRE following week with no response from him. He finally shows up on the 19th (nearly an entire month after we first agreed he would do the job). I paid him via CashApp for the labor and figured that was the end of the situation. When he left, I was happy, finally had some air conditioning in the truck. My happiness was short-lived, because by Monday it was back to blowing hot air (no freon). So of course, I texted him and finally Wednesday the 24th he said he would try to get to me by the weekend (26-27 September), of course that didn't happen. He texted me again on the 29th saying he would "try and make it today".... Finally on the 30th of September he made it back over to redo his work. Everything since then was fine until last Sunday, May the 17th. The AC started blowing hot air again (obviously the system has sprung another leak). I've attempted to contact him via text every day since then with absolutely no response. Oh, and for those of you wondering why I'm texting him instead of calling, he doesn't answer the phone and hasn't even bothered to set up a voicemail. If you have an AC issue, find someone else. I'm fed up with this nonsense. Thinking about small claims court, but at this point I just need some AC.
