As you can see from the accompanying pictures, their signage is quite clear on their demands of their customers, although two customers were shopping without wearing masks. With all of the science and with what appears to be corporate policy, this location is not doing the right thing in this terrible time of Covid.

We had a customer come through with some coolant problems on his bike. Our local KTM shop is closed today, so a quick Google search and I was on the phone with Mick explaining my customer's toils. Mick was very quick to diagnose the issue in several different ways, and within 5 minutes we ruled out a few of the other things that would be causing the problem. It was down to the coolant level being very low. Mick communicated very clearly the steps and items required to fix this issue, and was kind to guide my hands & tools to the proper bolts on the bike to drain, fill, and bleed the coolant system. Our customer is back on the road without having to book a room for 2 days, all thanks to Mick, and extra thanks to KTM World for establishing itself as a 7 day business.
