Wonderful to know there's a KTM shop open 7 days of the week for help with anything a customer may need. I'm the Operations Director at Redwood Harley-Davidson in Eureka, CA. We had a customer come through with some coolant problems on his bike. Our local KTM shop is closed today, so a quick Google search and I was on the phone with Mick explaining my customer's toils. Mick was very quick to diagnose the issue in several different ways, and within 5 minutes we ruled out a few of the other things that would be causing the problem. It was down to the coolant level being very low. Mick communicated very clearly the steps and items required to fix this issue, and was kind to guide my hands & tools to the proper bolts on the bike to drain, fill, and bleed the coolant system. Our customer is back on the road without having to book a room for 2 days, all thanks to Mick, and extra thanks to KTM World for establishing itself as a 7 day business. Bottom Line: Their website is easy to navigate, their prices are competitive and the shipping was quick......for what more could one ask? I had ordered these same parts off of another KTM-centric site (they will remain nameless) and waited about 3 weeks before calling and finding out the hard way they had taken my order but had no intention of filling it. After a long phone call to my bank I searched the web for a better KTM site. This place came highly recommended and they lived up to their reputation. I do understand that I'm giving them 5 stars for them just doing their job, but let's be fair, it's always nice when someone does their job well..... it deserves credit and credit is due. read more

Not worth the drive. Drove 3 hours to buy 3 KTM dirt bikes and could not get anyone to help us. Extremely rude attitude from the owner Glen. Left with 0 bikes heading to another KTM dealer. read more
