When I first arrived there was a line to enter the parking lot , but thats not unusual. I parked across the street to avoid the line. As I walked in the door, I noticed there were no carts, I grabbed a basket. After walking at least seven steps, I noticed a line circling around the produce section. So, it appears Trader Joes did some remodeling, instead of standing in the line for one register, it's just one line to access all registers. it's hard to access the items that you need without cutting through the line. The wait time is unbearable. I will give Trader Joe's time to figure this out. It's unfortunate , I cant enjoy two of my favorites : Orange Chicken and Chicken Sharwma. Im not sure why they made the changes however, I will visit the Metropolitan location from now on.

Let's not be fooled as most of the people giving praises and complimenting the store are employees,…read morefamily and may be some ppl who own the store. Let's be honest ... the customer service is horrible . Beginning with management. Now I don't have much to say about the short one bc he's always helpful n nice but the big one with the ponytail is rude af. The whole store shouldn't know who u fired last week and who u cursed out. He's always pissed with the staff , especially when the customer needs to return something. I guess it's too much for him to take his card off his belt and swipe it through the machine. As for the employees on the floor, none of them speak English so looking for something in the aisle... your own your own. Once u get to the register, the staff always has attitudes. There is one nice big guy on the register that was always smiling and nice but I guess he did the right thing by going back to school this fall bc I don't see him anymore. The food.... The prices are too high! You shouldn't have to pay 5 dollars for a box of noodles. But I guess we are going to blame inflation. Don't get ANY of the meats here !!!! Mold, out of date and thick juices in the chicken, bacon and all those meats. Have you smelled the seafood section! Enough said about that as it screams food poisoning. Go have a sniff yourself . I know this keyfood is convenient for ppl in the neighborhood but the best thing to purchase is the vegetables. Price well as well. Everything else is expensive and I don't trust the food quality. Don't believe me the. Go to the back and purchase a deli sandwich for ten dollars. Your better off making your own. Do better keyfood!!! I don't know who the owners are but you guys need to have a meeting and revamp the whole store . I do not recommend this location. One star bc I had to give a rating and the onions were ok for pick up!i

When we opened a pack on today Tuesday, October 10th we noticed a foul smell, upon looking at the second pack it had a grayish color and the third package was worse. All 3 packages had an expiration date of October 16. When my husband went to return it Management would only exchange 2 packages because we didn't have a receipt and one was opened. All groceries were wiped and refrigerated as soon as my husband got home, so therefore, the quality of this meat was very bad upon purchase.
