Treated poorly, sabotaged and nobody would speak to me in a language I understood unless upper management was around. After all the training and staying extra hours because I was the 3rd person that I know of this happening to:they did not want to fix the problems and relatives (theirs and management knows that relatives all of them basically are in that department)in the same department....easiest thing for them to do was move me(why?) to another less paying department and I had to be retrained:SOUND FAIR TO YA'LL.... While visiting Long Island on September 29th, I found myself in need of high-quality prepared foods…read morefor a dinner party I was hosting. A local recommended Giuseppe's Deli, and I quickly discovered why it's such a favorite. The deli counter is enormous, with an incredible selection of prepared dishes, salads, meats, and specialty items. As someone who wanted everything to be perfect for my guests, I was completely overwhelmed by the number of amazing choices. That's where Stephen stepped in. Stephen provided one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and genuinely funny. He immediately recognized my indecisiveness and took the time to walk me through the options, explain different dishes, and offer thoughtful recommendations based on what I was looking for. Not once did he make me feel rushed, despite how long it took me to make my decisions. What stood out most was how personable and respectful he was throughout the entire interaction. His positive attitude, sense of humor, and expertise turned what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. The selections he helped me choose were a huge hit at my dinner party, and several guests asked where the food came from. Management should be incredibly proud to have someone like Stephen representing Giuseppe's Deli. Employees with his level of customer care, professionalism, and product knowledge are rare. He didn't just help me place an order, he created an experience that left a lasting impression and ensured I will return whenever I'm in the area. Thank you, Stephen, for going above and beyond. You are a true asset to Giuseppe's Deli, and I hope management recognizes the outstanding work you do every day.

The store is spotless, beautifully organized, and filled with high-quality products that make grocery shopping actually enjoyable. Their prepared foods are always a standout -- from the fresh mozzarella to the chicken cutlets and pasta dishes, everything tastes homemade and full of flavor. The bakery section is equally impressive with fresh breads and pastries that are impossible to resist. But the real *showstopper* for me is their **chocolate section**. It's AMAZING. They have everything from hazelnut truffles to chocolate-covered Nutter Butters, s'mores bites, marzipan (my absolute favorite), orange cream, raspberry (very sweet), coconut cream, toffee, bark, honeycomb, and marshmallow. Every piece tastes like it was made with real ingredients and actual care -- nothing mass-produced or generic. If you have a sweet tooth, this section alone makes the trip worth it. Prices can be a little higher than a typical grocery store, but the quality genuinely matches what you're paying for. The staff is also friendly and helpful, especially at the deli and prepared food counters. Overall, Uncle Giuseppe's is one of the best places for top-tier groceries, delicious prepared foods, and hands-down some of the best chocolates and treats you'll find anywhere. Highly recommend.

It was because it was cold, I was up late and I didn't want to drive far that I decided to go to "Handy Pantry Food Store." It was a quick drive to a small local store for one item. When I got there the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized this local store was. Second was the prices. They were really reasonable, not like a Seven Eleven, where the Mark ups are ridiculous. They also had a decent variety on hand. One item, turned into a list of goods. I couldn't believe the amount of name brand in hand. Then the last thing that turned me into a loyal customer was the staff. Friendly and very helpful. One woman behind the counter asked right away if I needed anything else. She was very welcoming. She served me and the lady at the counter rang me up. The price was perfect and they accept Apple Pay!
