Maddox provided exceptional customer service from start to finish! We are in town visiting my…read moregrandma and we ran into unexpected plumbing issues, and he truly saved the day. He was incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything in a way that we all could understand--even drawing a picture to make it crystal clear. His kindness, and expertise quickly got everything back in working order so we could get back to enjoying our vacation. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Maddox does. I only wish we had customer service like this back home! If you need plumbing help, I can't recommend Maddox highly enough. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

Not a great feeling when you get three other companies, telling you, you've been taken…read more I called made an appointment for a septic pump, the lady said it would be $370. She never warned me about possible up charges or extra fees. She was always polite with my questions and scheduling and returned my call. The bill came to almost double for pumping. I was told my outlet pipe needs attention. (This was not part of my bill) I was quoted 3 to 10 grand. Calling around getting estimates other companies to show up asking questions. That's when I was told I was taken advantage of, they charge between 350 and 400 flats fee. One includes digging up the lid. I felt very naïve and embarrassed after talking to other companies. Other than that, the guys were polite and answered all questions and worked diligently to complete job. It's Just a shame greed takes precedence over service.

In mid September, 2026 we talked with Corey, at our home and discussed various split unit options…read more Corey was very knowledgeable and after about an hour of answering questions and a thorough inspection we received a very reasonable quote and set the install date. At the scheduled date and time, Oscar showed up to install the units. This guy is amazing at what he does. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and what impressed me the most was his ability to work through any issue that arose. By this I mean our home is older and projects rarely go smooth. Oscar's work ethic is impressive and because of him, things went smoothly. When the work was completed, he ran us through the operation of the system. Since the installation it has worked flawlessly and our home is finally comfortable.

In early November, I contacted this company to repair my gas fireplace--my primary heat…read moresource--before winter. A technician came out, serviced the unit, and identified the issue: a faulty blower. He provided a quote for the replacement, which I approved immediately. That's when the problems began. Ten days later, I called for an update and was told the part hadn't even been ordered. Another ten days later, I was informed the part wasn't available, but they could try retrofitting a similar one. When I asked if there were other options, they said no--so I agreed. On the scheduled day, I took time off work, only to receive a call 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive saying they could now order the correct part directly from the manufacturer--something they had previously claimed was impossible. To proceed, I had to pay in full immediately. Fast forward three months, and I still didn't have a working fireplace. For weeks, I was repeatedly told, "It should arrive next week." Finally, after expressing my frustration, I got a call at 5:00 PM saying they had located the part, expedited shipping, and could complete the repair the next day. I took another day off work. The technician arrived--but with the wrong part. Instead of tracking down the actual component, they gave him a universal one that didn't fit. They then assured me the correct part would arrive in two days. This time, my wife took the day off work. The technician showed up an hour and a half late (after I had called and reminded them we had rearranged our schedules for this), but they finally made the repair. Other issues worth noting: I was promised a callback from a manager or owner--still waiting on that. Their phone system is a mess. Every time I was placed on hold (which was often), someone else would pick up and begin a different conversation. I would explain who I was and they would say "oh, let me put you back on park." The three coldest months of winter without my primary heat source, multiple days off work, countless phone calls, and constant misinformation (what my generation would call lies). I will never use this company again.
