He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. Days later, another bed bug but this time we were told "its just a straggler." Two weeks later we saw another bed bug and were again told "its just a straggler." A week later, more bed bugs, and this time when we called we were told "Well, your warranty is up, what do you want to do?" Terrible service and didn't honor their warranty. I've researched and asked around and have been told there is no such thing as a "stragglers." The heat is suppose to kill them, not wound them. Here we are 6 months later and we have another bed bug out break. We feel cheated and lied to.
