I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. And of course the price charged for the repair was very reasonable. I guess service of Andrew and Fusion is already popular, but I wish further success of his business.

He did a re-build on my very old Maytag dryer and performed the work correctly the first time. Today we have a leak in our dishwasher and I sent him a text message. Within minutes he called me and he was helping me troubleshoot the problem. Turns out I probably need a New machine instead of a repair. That is based on the age of the machine and leak issue. Steve spent nearly 20 Minutes on the phone with me helping me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. I have not experienced many appliance repair folks who will spend that amount of time helping someone- knowing that they might not even need his services. He goes above and beyond the call of duty and lives by a motto of customers come first. Steve, thanks for all you do to help customers!!

Who would've guessed that Samsung is not a common brand that appliance repair contractors can fix…read more I contacted a few different contractors with no success. It looks like they serve a large area, so when I called I was told that they would be in the Richmond area on Wednesday and estimated the timeline of 11-1pm when I called Monday. The interaction was super quick and cordial. I did a search using Yelp, contacted someone I've used before and others sent me a quote. The company I used previously did not work on Samsungs. Professional Appliance Repair responded and told me to give them a call which I did. Talked to them and they were up front telling me $79 for the service call and if they find the issue and fix it they charge would go towards it. This also happened to be a rental home I manage so they asked me for the tenants number so they can work with them as far as time line. Everything was seamless, they came out to the house that morning and worked with the tenant. They found an issue with the sensors, which required that they order the part. They indicated it would take 3-4 days or so to get the part in. They got the part in the following Monday and fixed it. They accept venmo which is what I ended up paying through. Overall great experience and super responsive. I would totally use them again for the rental and my own home!
