The lady rudely and with lack of care said, "ok, well can you give me your name and number, and I said, "I can, can you confirm this is Just Appliance Repair?" She then proceeded to hang up on me. The service person, Samir, arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time. He diagnosed the issue and informed me that a part, requiring 5 business days to obtain, would be required. Samir provided me a price for the total repair job and asked if I wanted to have move forward? I agreed to the repair and a week later I was contacted and Samir was scheduled to complete the repair.
