The manager said no, they can't. Maybe on the first visit it would have been impossible to diagnose both issues but in my mind, leaks from multiple places should have been discerned on the first diagnostic visit. Was there a hose leak or was it the water tank all along? I don't know. This service is under new ownership. will be rebranded Elite Appliances. Unfortunately, with the cost of repair, you're often better off to buy a new appliance and get a warranty. In my case I'm out the repair cost AND the cost of a new dishwasher.
