What prompted this original inquiry? We have lived in New Bern for a year. Last summer, we moved from NYC, excited to finally have a yard, only to be met with an army of mosquitos.. I'm talkin' 15 minutes on the porch meant 30 bites. So we spent a lot of the summer avoiding them and staying inside. This summer, our toddler went out to play and came back with 15 massive bites and that was our tipping point. After the first mosquito treatment we've noticed a huge difference. They come every three weeks and guarantee 95% effectiveness. From what we've seen so far, they have delivered on that. I've recommended this company to all our local friends, they're that good!

Their services are extremely effective. I went ahead and paid in full for the next year I love them so much. Not a skeeter in sight and the fire ants are finally gone too!!! Mosquito joe accomplished in 1 visit what the other company had yet to accomplish in 2. Very impressed. They also call the day before service and text once they are done so I know to keep my dogs inside for the hour following treatment. I'm thrilled to be able to enjoy my back yard again! Thank you mosquito joe of ENC!

I live in Tar River Estates…read more First thing, there is a guy that just goes to every door and bangs on it excessively yelling pest control really loudly. Then another guy comes in when you open the door and does the spraying. The guy that did the spraying of my apartment was in my apartment and I'm not even exaggerating, for 30 seconds to a minute tops. He sprayed a spot in my kitchen, a spot in my bathroom, squirted some spray on the wall as he walked from the bathroom to my bedroom, then sprayed( I think he did b/c I was not in the bedroom watching him) my sliding glass door. This is a joke right? 10% of my apartment might have gotten sprayed. I will not be allowing this place back in my apartment to "Spray for Bugs". They are probably using water anyway. All I know is they are making money off my complex by probably using one canister of "spray" for the entire building. Needless to say I will be spraying my own apartment from now on.
