This company comes by and does my apartment complex in Greenville, NC. I live in Tar River Estates…read more First thing, there is a guy that just goes to every door and bangs on it excessively yelling pest control really loudly. Then another guy comes in when you open the door and does the spraying. The guy that did the spraying of my apartment was in my apartment and I'm not even exaggerating, for 30 seconds to a minute tops. He sprayed a spot in my kitchen, a spot in my bathroom, squirted some spray on the wall as he walked from the bathroom to my bedroom, then sprayed( I think he did b/c I was not in the bedroom watching him) my sliding glass door. This is a joke right? 10% of my apartment might have gotten sprayed. I will not be allowing this place back in my apartment to "Spray for Bugs". They are probably using water anyway. All I know is they are making money off my complex by probably using one canister of "spray" for the entire building. Needless to say I will be spraying my own apartment from now on.

Big shout-out to Marks Termite--and to Russell in particular! My grandmother used them before me,…read moreand I've been using their services myself for a few years now. They are always professional, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond. Their prices are also very reasonable, and amazingly, my rate hasn't gone up once since I started using them. They know I have crazy dogs, so Russell called me from the driveway to let me know he was there rather than making me fight my dogs to get to the door. Then I mentioned something on my roof that I couldn't reach with my ladder, and he got it down for me. And on top of all that, he got the actual service done quickly and professionally. I really appreciate people who go the extra mile, especially when they absolutely don't have to. Great service, fair prices, and genuinely kind people. Highly recommend!
