I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. I've researched and asked around and have been told there is no such thing as a "stragglers." The heat is suppose to kill them, not wound them. I was very impressed with their service. The technician came out and was extremely thorough. He explained everything he was doing and how each item he was using worked. The very next day, the ants and all the other minor bugs were completely gone. It's been a week and I still haven't seen any.
