They had been providing the same service (weed eating along the fence line) without issue for over two years, but recently stopped performing part of the service without any notice or explanation. When I reached out to ask why, I was told it was no longer included and would now cost extra. No prior communication, no heads-up--just a sudden change. Their response was that it was being done as a "courtesy." Apparently this was a 2 year courtesy. On top of that, they've started adding random fees for things that are considered standard with most lawn companies--like weed eating along the fence line. It feels like they're nickel-and-diming customers rather than maintaining the quality and consistency of service. When I expressed concern, my feedback was dismissed rather than addressed. It felt like the blame was placed on me for expecting what had always been done before. Sadly, this shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I can't recommend a company that doesn't communicate changes clearly or show loyalty to long-term customers. If you're looking for reliable and transparent service, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I took the appointment. I also mentioned that I would try to call around and see if someone was available sooner. A friend of mine stopped by and said this is a pretty big project. You should call your fence company back. They might have to break up the cement and re-do the post. Called the fence company and it was a big deal but they figured it out. It took a couple hours. It was a Sunday so I planned to call and cancel the next day. I absolutely forget to call and cancel. I just moved into my house recently and have had a lot work being done. This is the first business/person who hasn't reconfirmed an appointment. So I do think you guys should assume part of the responsibility.

We bought a new home with builder grade (really bad) landscaping in 2024, and decided that we wanted to take out everything (trees, shrubs, lawn) and start over including adding a swing arbor, pavers, vegetable beds, screening shrubs, new large trees, and multiple trellises. We have moved into 7 different houses over the years and improved each home's landscaping ourselves. This time we wanted someone else to do the work and were fortunate to find Archer Services. We were 100% satisfied with every part of the design and installation process. Michael listened to what we wanted in both visual appeal and functionality, and developed a design; Aaron put it together visually with a 3D design and answered all our detailed questions; Alex helped us get the design approved through a very challenging HOA process; and Ryan led his superb crew to execute the design while keeping us informed on progress and any issues. The finished product looks exactly like the design that Michael and Aaron originally presented to us. Another very satisfied Archer Services customer!
