After a patio addition, my backyard was completely destroyed but Green Springs stepped in and fixed everything and more in less than 2 days. Not only did they have great communication and updated me with every step, but they also went above and beyond and did more work than I expected. I'm extremely pleased with how my backyard turned out and they did it at almost half the cost of some of the other quotes I received. Review One thing…read morethat has been bothering us for almost a year is the lack of new growth with our 2 sago palms due to the aggressive frond defoliation done by Leo (Owner) and (his son) Oscar. One saga palm is over 50 years old and the other is approximately 25 years old. Both sago palms have been through hard weather and freeze then recovered with nice new growth. However, there has been zero new growth. Mistakes Made Defoliating Sago Plants * Removing all the fronds from a sago palm seriously harmed the palms. * The sago palms lost the ability to photosynthesize, so they can't produce food. * No new fronds for 11+ months Mulching Done Wrong * Doing mulch wrong can absolutely kill plants. * The most common mistake is "volcano mulching" piling mulch against tree trunks or plant stems--which traps moisture, rots the bark, and invites pests. My husband noticed this volcano-like mounds around both sago palms. No Solutions Offered * Email sent with photos * Phone calls made * One phone call to Stanley seemed promising then radio silence. * No offer for replacement * No offer to remove the sago palms. * Safe Disposal Warning * Extreme Toxicity: Sago palms contain cycasin, a potent toxin that is deadly to dogs, cats, and horses. * Safe Handling: Wear heavy work gloves and long sleeves. Double-bag all debris or haul it immediately to a secure municipal green-waste facility where animals cannot access it. Consequently, No Good Review

Yard Birds owner took the time to explain to me where my problem could actually be coming from. He promptly sent his crew to diagnose the issue. Jack and his partner arrived and worked hard digging holes to locate the broken wire. Jack clearly explained to me my options and his plan since the broken wire was determined to be either under a large tree root system or beneath the pool deck. They came back the next day when they said they would and ran wire, covered all the holes, and checked the entire system out. You could tell they were being really respectful of the property and trying their best to fill and level the ground to make it look good. They even used some of the dirt to go to an area where they noticed erosion and filled that in too. I have used Yard Birds multiple times in the past 25 years. They are a dependable quality company with a reputation that you can count on.

What we love most about working with them is the value they add. We may start with an idea, but they always bring suggestions that make the final result even better than we could have imagined. They treat every project as if it were their most special project, with great attention to detail, professionalism, and care. Our pool project was no exception. We originally weren't planning to do the patio extension, but they showed us how much it would improve the space. Now, besides the pool itself, it is our favorite part of the backyard! They were also incredibly clean and professional throughout the entire project. After six years and multiple projects, we wouldn't trust anyone else with our outdoor spaces. We highly recommend Fernández Landscaping!

If you are looking for a landscaping company who will disrespect your lawn and all of its…read morevegetation by weed eating it with zero concern, making your landscaping look trashy and even KILL the trees and plants....with an owner who disrespects you as a customer and fellow neighbor, and talk down to you and manipulate you when he's caught in a lie, THIS is the landscaper for you. I should have seen the signs of this company's disrespect for vegetation immediately after I hired them when they put holes in my yard with their lawnmower when no previous landscaping company had done this.....that caused me to lose my turtle that I had for over 12 years. I tried not to blame them because they were just a landscaping company. But the holes in my hard were very deep and it was confusing as to why they had to do that. Because I rescue dogs and had about 5 of them at the time I hired Greenscape Innovations, my front and back yards were vacant with no vegetation. When I lost about 3 of my dogs within the next couple of years, I started to consider landscaping both the front and back. So I met with Sam to discuss. It was one of the most disconnected, callous meetings I had ever had with a landscaper. He did not care about what I had to say or what I was looking for. He was annoyed he even had to be there. Didn't offer any suggestions. It was like talking to a dead man walking. On another occasion I met with him to discuss my fencing and get a quote for fencing. I never received a quote from our meeting because in Sam's mind I couldn't afford it and so he didn't waste his time. I know this from sending a follow up email after I didn't hear anything for weeks asking where my quote was and that was what I was told. I decided to call other landscapers to get quotes for landscaping and found a great one who helped me draw up what I was looking for and gave suggestions for everything along the way. I ended up hiring him and got a GREAT result in both the front and backyards. We planted close to 20 fruit trees, including banana trees and pineapple plants in the back, and they built two very big garden beds. Then Greenscape came to maintain my yard after all of this landscaping was done.....and they completely DISRESPECTED all the new vegetation that was planted. What did they do?? They weed eated my trees and plants TO DEATH. And that is not an exaggeration. I lost several of my trees because of this that my other landscaper who planted them told me when I called him to replant new trees. What's worse.....Sam's team weed eated baby banana trees and literally eliminated them and I immediately emailed them pictures to show them what they did. At that time you would think they would have offered to care for all my new trees and plants. But they didn't. They continued to weed eat all of them, including my pineapple plants. My pineapple plants looked horrendous with all kind of weed eating marks on them.....and they eventually died. When my other landscaper told me my trees that died most likely died because of the weed eater literally removing the bark from the trees, I brought it to Sam's attention. He immediately turned it to me indicating it was my fault for not taking care of the trees and leaving them so his team could weed eat them. Then he lied to me about servicing my yard that week when they had not come to my house. I was in disbelief and completely done with this man's ARROGANCE and DISRESPECT. DON'T waste your precious time with this company if you value your yard. You deserve better.

Their craftsmanship was exceptional, and their professionalism was evident from day one. From our first conversation, Jasper took the time to walk us through his portfolio and explain the different types of concrete, which really helped us feel confident in our decisions. We hired Cure-Rite Concrete for two major projects. The first was installing a brand-new three-car driveway with additional sidewalks and replacing the damaged concrete supporting the pillars of our garage apartment. The second project required them to travel nearly 20 miles to my parents' home to replace an aging boardwalk with a slanted cement walkway leading to the entrance, and to bulldoze a 50-year-old cement-and-brick pillar to make room for a small side patio. Their crew worked seamlessly across both properties, and impressively, both projects were completed within a week and done beautifully. We had a few minor hiccups along the way, but Jasper and Cristian were quick to respond and addressed every issue promptly and professionally. If you have a project involving new cement, do yourself a favor and hire Cure-Rite Concrete. In fact, my parents were so pleased with the results that they're planning to hire them again to install a cement back patio, a side patio, and to replace their old two-car driveway. Thank you, Jasper and Cristian, for delivering two projects with true excellence. Highly recommended!

I trusted Cristian (who lives in my neighborhood) to perform a driveway and sidewalk replacement…read more(around $20K). He was eager to get the job and offered a competitive price and one-year workmanship warranty. I had seen the work he had performed on other neighbors' driveways, including his parents and was impressed with the finished product. He performed the work at the beginning of this year. The weather was forecasted to be very cold, but he assured me that it was a good time to pour concrete. After pouring the first truck load of concrete, his workers used what was remaining of the concrete to start another large driveway pad section while a new supply was to arrive. Unfortunately, the next supply of concrete was delayed a number of hours (assumingly due to weather / road conditions). When the new supply finally arrived, the added it to the partially poured section (which had already started to set up) and they finished the rest of the job. Unfortunately, do the time lapse, it formed a "cold joint" and cracked completely through the slab from end to end (right along where to older cement meet up with the new cement) within several days of completion (days, not weeks, months or years!). I reported it to him immediately and he assured me that he would replace the section (remember, he offered a one-year warranty). Unfortunately, after many promising to address the warranty over the last almost year, he has stop responding to my inquires and we are now approaching a year since it was poured. In addition to this workmanship issue, the job included some other tile work that was never completed and never came back to cleanup all of the concrete splatter that covered my front landscaping stonework/windows, etc. and his team destroyed my front sprinkler system (both of which I had to clean/replace/repair at my own expense...repairs to any damage they caused was part of the deal). I hope that he will realize this is not the way to handle issues with customers. I understand that issues / problems happen (that's why business warranty their work) and it's tough to lose some of your profit to make it right - as promised - but taking the easy way out always bites you in the a$$ in the end. For example, I had several of my neighbors wanting me to give them his contact information to quote similar replace jobs, but they decided to go with different contactors given the way this has turned out. Remember what they say about Karma - it is always going to show up one day and its usually a bi@#$! Sad, seemed like a nice young man trying to build a business like his parents and brothers have done.
