The workers he sent to my home were skilled, punctual, efficient, and respectful of my property. They also did an excellent job cleaning up and hauling everything away when the work was completed. I am extremely pleased with both the quality of the work and the level of service Roy provided. I have already saved his number on my "to call" list for any future work needed at my home. I highly recommend Roy and Texas Greatest Remodelers!

Texas Greatest Remodelers saved the day, truely. i interviewed 3 other companies. Texas Greatest Remodelers were VERY SMARTLY PRICED compared to the others. and what they offered was the best of the four. 1) friendly project manager "MO" arrived ON-time measured my driveway and came up with a price right then and there. he explained what his company offers. No paying until work done and i'm satisfied. "mo" kept in phone/text contact with me the whole way and was present when work started and in/out throughout. i was invited to observe while men were completing work. 2) fair estimate with no surprises and no moving the goal posts, followed by contract. The contract made things EASY for my HOA as i sent the paper to them and they approved within days. 3) best quality. the other companies offered 3k to 3.5k psi concrete. TGR gave me 4.5K psi. Prompt service without compromising quality. Rain was in forecast and "mo" explained that rain may delay installation to ensure best results. it didn't rain afterall and the job proceeded on schedule! 4) I was thrilled with the beautiful job. so beautiful and no more big bumps and ugly cracks. Problem one my sprinkler heads had been damaged during work. MO investigated and promptly it was repaired. 5) 5 year warranty on work was sent to my email that is transferrable to the next owner of the home should i move. any remodeling, i will use this company

Our project involved building a new patio roof with shingles matching the rest of the house, installing 2 ceiling fans, recessed lights (that was Joe's awesome idea!!) and painting not only the new structure, but they also painted the patio door and repaired our chimney's hardy boards and painted that too! The electrical work was more involved than it sounds, but they made it look easy. The work crew was fantastic. They worked very quickly, were super friendly and answered any questions I had. They swept work dust/debris off the patio at the end of their day, every time!! We didn't have to worry about our dog stepping on a nail or something. The quality of their work is excellent, there were no errors. Joe is a great guy! He was quick in returning my messages, explained everything in detail, and followed our vision while throwing in his own excellent ideas. We were so excited with his idea for the recessed lighting. These lights have 4 different color white temps to choose from, which will be really convenient. He provided our LOA with all the plan details, so detailed that were approved to begin work immediately. And the fans and lighting are all wi-fi, so in addition to the remotes and wall switches, you can control every feature right from your devices by downloading a free, easy to use app which works for both IOS and Android. That's super cool! If you want your project completed stress free, go with Joe!! **We are extending the patio floor, so the photos aren't of the entirely finished project.**

Review One thing…read morethat has been bothering us for almost a year is the lack of new growth with our 2 sago palms due to the aggressive frond defoliation done by Leo (Owner) and (his son) Oscar. One saga palm is over 50 years old and the other is approximately 25 years old. Both sago palms have been through hard weather and freeze then recovered with nice new growth. However, there has been zero new growth. Mistakes Made Defoliating Sago Plants * Removing all the fronds from a sago palm seriously harmed the palms. * The sago palms lost the ability to photosynthesize, so they can't produce food. * No new fronds for 11+ months Mulching Done Wrong * Doing mulch wrong can absolutely kill plants. * The most common mistake is "volcano mulching" piling mulch against tree trunks or plant stems--which traps moisture, rots the bark, and invites pests. My husband noticed this volcano-like mounds around both sago palms. No Solutions Offered * Email sent with photos * Phone calls made * One phone call to Stanley seemed promising then radio silence. * No offer for replacement * No offer to remove the sago palms. * Safe Disposal Warning * Extreme Toxicity: Sago palms contain cycasin, a potent toxin that is deadly to dogs, cats, and horses. * Safe Handling: Wear heavy work gloves and long sleeves. Double-bag all debris or haul it immediately to a secure municipal green-waste facility where animals cannot access it. Consequently, No Good Review
