Jeff said that he would get back in touch with me and that he would help me with the deductible. I referred him to two other people in the Woodforest area (77015) and he completed their roofs. After about 8 or 9 months, my two referrals called and said their roofs were completed and mine had yet to be started. I could not get in contact with him. Eventually, he sent me a bill for $2500 because of the inspection, which I was told would be free, for Allstate. I ended up using a completely different company.
