Sergio was very busy but was able to come out on a Sunday to look at the project and then sent a bid through email. I found his price to be very competitive and he understood the work we needed done. He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

Our project involved building a new patio roof with shingles matching the rest of the house, installing 2 ceiling fans, recessed lights (that was Joe's awesome idea!!) and painting not only the new structure, but they also painted the patio door and repaired our chimney's hardy boards and painted that too! The electrical work was more involved than it sounds, but they made it look easy. The work crew was fantastic. They worked very quickly, were super friendly and answered any questions I had. They swept work dust/debris off the patio at the end of their day, every time!! We didn't have to worry about our dog stepping on a nail or something. The quality of their work is excellent, there were no errors. Joe is a great guy! He was quick in returning my messages, explained everything in detail, and followed our vision while throwing in his own excellent ideas. We were so excited with his idea for the recessed lighting. These lights have 4 different color white temps to choose from, which will be really convenient. He provided our LOA with all the plan details, so detailed that were approved to begin work immediately. And the fans and lighting are all wi-fi, so in addition to the remotes and wall switches, you can control every feature right from your devices by downloading a free, easy to use app which works for both IOS and Android. They stated that they had to go out of town and I would get the bid when they returned. So I received the bid 7 days after my appointment and 5 days after all the other bids. Had a driveway poured in Feb 2021 and today I have one that looks years old already. Concrete went in well but attention to detail, and finish work are lacking. There are definite gouges in the concrete that hold water, albeit small amounts of water, that they say were caused by driving on the surface. It is a driveway. Owner states he did me a favor and used a less grade cement to circumvent cost unbeknownst to me. Would have never agreed to that had I known, and there was no explanation for the staining. To be fair I did have the driveway power washed the day before owner came and reviewed, but the staining and large gouges were there before that. I have the pictures. Gouges have gotten deeper over these few months. In good conscience I could not, would not recommend using this company. I realize I may be the exception. Just make sure you're not the next exception. Owner brags of a warranty if customer is not completely satisfied. I am in no way satisfied and not getting any help from owner.
