After occurrences of no responses, i was hopeful to schedule an appointment. Days later after consistently attempting communication a time was schedule. The Nighthawk representative was contacted before the scheduled time to communicate a possible few minutes delay, due to an unforeseen work shift. The representative was unwilling to meet. I arrived two minutes 40 seconds past the time. I had to reschedule, minutes before the appointment the representative contacted me that they would be 30 minutes late. The representative never showed up. This is truly poor customer service!
