They worked in snow and mud. They stayed late. They were kind and courteous, with great communication. They loaned me water hoses and electrical cords to keep my water trough functioning in the snow storm while installation was ongoing. They asked me where I wanted the extra dirt from the trenches dug for the electric/water lines, and spread it nicely. They navigated my work schedule to obtain signatures they needed. We bought a new place a year ago and they came out to charge up the AC on an old unit that we had no repair record for same day. Things worked for a while but that older unit was just done and by fall had leaked out all of the coolant. Naturally I called a whole bunch of places to get prices on a new system install and ended with a $16k price difference between most expensive and least. Assured Climate was one of the lowest cost for the type of system we got and did the most for our business having serviced the old unit the summer before. We were beyond happy with the service and the installation crew was super nice. This fall however, we had some issues with the new system they put in and I had to call them back (thinking now I would get the people that others here have complained about). Still the only thing I was met with was kindness and expedience. They were our here same day to look at the system and order the part. I have worked now with all three of the Lee's (Tyler, Kanyon, and Mark) and have nothing but good to say about these people. So far not one additional dime has been asked for and I have a system that is once again in full operation. I have not had to deal with any home warranty for the services I have needed, but for those that have perhaps you need to re-examine your warranty not the service men coming to your aid. These guys (as far as I am concerned) are a must call.
