Unfortunately, upon retrieval of my cleaned coat, the stains remain and the sleeves were not much cleaner appearing. There were also some wrinkles down the backside of the coat, assuming it did not go through the cleaning process positioned properly. Turnaround time was quick. I brought my coat in on Friday. Coat was ready the following day before 5pm. The price was fair, between $3-4, however given the overall results of the clean I probably will not return.

They have a drive-thru window, which is cool. The window is a house sliding glass door, and they come out to pick up and drop off your clothes which makes for speedy service. One time I needed some slacks hemmed up, the small lady took me into a side room that was bursting with clothes bundled everywhere and marked my new slacks up with chalk and straight pins. Picked up the slacks a couple days later and they fitted perfectly. I've been to some cleaners where the idea of "light starch" is the ability for your jeans to stand on their own. This isn't one of those places. Unless you ask for "heavy", then so it is.

Cleaning the machines, the floors, the walls, the carts never have crud in the wheels & are never janky, always in working order. My favorite shift are with DOLORES though. She stands out the most, she learned my name & face quickly & has always had excellent etiquette & more than helpful. Always bubbly & cheerful, it's hard to not love her. Definitely has great conversation skills if you have time to pass & chat with her. Not just with me, I see her go above & beyond for other guests as well. And there's always someone around to help if I have any issues.. And I also like that all the machines are modern, not outdated. They feel newer and work well. And although it's a good 50 minute drive out of my way and there are plenty of places much closer to me, I like going there because I appreciate their small town kind of vibe... Even when they're busy, the owners are always chatty and friendly and do what they can to make everyone feel at home.. and that's why I don't mind the drive. It's worth it. They periodically clean and whip down the equipment. There's a play area for children, vending machines, TVs, ect. They also provide services for you to drop your clothes off and have them take care of everything for you (though I've never used it). The only negative about J&J is that one could say that it's expensive. However, for the peace of mind you have here, I think that is well worth it.
