I spoke to the most unprofessional staff member attempting to make a formal complaint. Instead of seeing the danger their driver put us in, they chose to stand by and affirm the drivers actions while attempting to cast blame on me. This company does not reflect good values and, quite frankly, I hope someone with the power to reprimand both driver and whom I spoke when calling to company will take this situation very seriously.

Fedex says the attempted to deliver on Saturdy, however my parents were home and no one attempted to deliver. Then Fedex says they will deliver Monday which is next business day and that did not happen. Called Monday evening and they confirmed it would be delivered on Tuesday. No delivery or even an attempt to deliver Tuesday. Called the help desk and they offered to have my parents drive 30 miles to pick up a package that I have already paid for to have delivered. Ended up just asking them to ship back to the sender. This is really a sad state that Fedex is in. Very unhappy customer. Also, I'm contacting the company I made the purchase from to let them know the run around Fedex is giving. Fedex, keep in mind that when you do not deliver as promised it reflects poorly on your company, but also the company that decided to use your service.
