The threading itself was also rough and she was pressing down very hard on my eyelids, and afterward the loose hairs were left all over my face instead of being brushed away. The setup was also unsanitary with clients lying down on the same cloth chair with no cleaning at all in between...I left feeling upset with both the result and the overall experience. As I went to pay, I saw a sign that said there will be an extra charge on debit and credit cards. Obviously, under federal law it is illegal to do this. As I tried disputing this and saying my rights (because it's already such an expensive service now she is trying to steal more money from her customers it's sad). But as I tried to explain as nicely as I could, she became extremely aggressive with me, shouting at me, telling me it's okay. I asked "what's okay?" And she just repeated it. She said that she knew she was breaking the law but that it wasn't her fault it was the square apps fault (another lie) I asked "do you think it's okay to break the law?" And she became even more angry and said that she isn't breaking the law. So she's one minute saying yes I'm breaking the law it's not my fault, and the next claiming not to break the law. It's a federal law. She Gets aggravated at her CUSTOMERS disputing it. This isn't okay (obviously because it's illegal)
