My 3yr old daughter has been in Yuliya's care for 8 months now, and we could not be happier with…read morethe experience. My daughter is excited to go to school every morning and has lots to share about her busy day when I pick her up. It is clear how much each of the students really loves Yuliya and that they feel safe and supported in her care. Yuliya is also wonderful at communicating with parents. I love the fact that I don't have to go through an app to receive updates. Every day Yuliya texts a few photos and a sentence or two on how the morning went and then takes time to share how the afternoon went during pick up. It all feels very personal. Yuliya is such a thoughtful caregiver and I love her methods of teaching. All of the activities are hands on and often focus on the natural world. She also has a deep passion for books which she helps instill in her students. Yuliya's weekly plans are the perfect combination of structure and free play. Enough structure that the kids understand what the overall schedule is each day, what the theme is for the week, and that for instance Tuesday is playdough day, Wednesday is baking day, and Friday's activity will be for watercolor. But within that structure, Yuliya allows the children to be creative and think independently. She also understands the importance of children playing outside. I wasn't able to find a single school that scheduled more time for outside play than The Ways We Grow. Overall, I have nothing but love and appreciation for Yuliya and The Ways We Grow. We are sad to be ending this chapter and fully support any new ventures Yuliya may embark on.

She is a great homeschooling mom and a knowledgeable educator. I've seen the results of her work in the way her sons are growing and developing into curious, polite, and well-rounded individuals. I am so excited to see Yulia growing her passion for education into a daycare. You are up for a treat with the Ways We Grow as I am confident all of Yulia's knowledge and love will be poured into creating an amazing atmosphere where your kids can thrive and learn.

The search for good childcare is a really difficult one. When my fiance and I found out that our…read morebabysitter was no longer going to be able to watch our daughter, we were tasked with finding top notch childcare on a reasonable budget. After a few weeks our search was still going and we had nothing to show for it. It was at that point that my fiance recalled how much she enjoyed the daycare that she went to as a kid. She looked them up online and found that not only were they still open, they were still owned by the same people and still had some of the same employees. Enter Pee Wee Ranch. It's basically two older houses converted into a daycare. One building is for babies and younger kids, while the other is for slightly older children. The facility is very clean and well maintained. There's a maintenance guy there every day working on anything that needs attention. The staff is awesome! Everyone there is kind and caring. Serious shout out to Ms. Shannon. She has been absolutely amazing with our kid. My only complaint is that our daughter is about to be too old for Ms.Shannon's group, so she'll have to moved to the next age group. I have no doubts that whoever that instructor is will treat our child like her own. This place is great.

Most of the staff has been there 15 plus years or better ... they are all wonderful. Great place if you have to use a daycare. I honestly wish I could be a stay at home dad for my daughter but this I would say is the next best thing.

**Updated review** Original review: My Toddler has been…read morebitten 9 times in one month! I have spoken to Karin, but she is no longer with the school and has never been helpful when present. Nina is the assistant administrator who is nice, but it seems that every complaint falls through the cracks with no resolution. We have been told multiple times that corporate will follow up with us, but we have never received a phone call or email. I have called the school several times in the past month to speak to Karin and Nina. I have also sat down face-to-face with them several times but no resolution has been made. I understand that bits may be age-appropriate for toddlers, but receiving 9 in such a short period of time is unacceptable. Today I found another bite on my Toddler with no notification from the school. Clearly, no one is holding their word when they say they will keep a closer eye on the Toddlers in the class to limit the biting. I told the school I would like a call from the regional manager to talk about what would be done to resolve this issue. Update: The school never called, so I had to call in to get an update on what they would do to help limit classroom biting. They informed me that a 3rd teacher would be in the class during the moments the main teachers are handling lunches and diaper changes. Although this sounded promising, they had already told us this would be implemented several weeks ago. At this time, we do not trust the management and have decided to enroll our toddler in another school. Reflection: The Kiddie Academy is very clean, and the staff I have dealt with have been nice to my toddler and me. We left because the administration couldn't be trusted to keep their word, and management never helped with our situation. Also, the morning teacher for the next age group 2+ I would hear her yelling at the kids in the morning and could be heard from the toddler room. On a few occasions I thought about stepping in to say something because no kid deserves to be yelled at but I am kicking myself because I never did. I do not want my kid to start thinking biting is okay. And I do not want my kid to get yelled at when they age up to the 2+ year old class. This is an honest review from a parent that tried to be respectful and responsible with the school but in the end I had enough.

Unfortunately, my experience with this daycare did not meet my expectations. My son attended from…read morethe age of two until he was four, so I truly wanted this to be a place where he could grow, feel supported, and be properly cared for. While I appreciate the time and care that certain staff members provided during his time there, I ultimately felt that there were some major issues with communication and consistency among the staff. At times, it seemed like there was a lack of communication between staff members, which made it difficult for me as a parent to feel confident that everyone was on the same page regarding my son. I also felt that some staff members could have handled interactions with parents more professionally and respectfully. Most importantly, I did not always feel that my son was receiving the individual attention and care that I expected from a daycare. I'm grateful for the years my son spent there and for the staff members who genuinely cared for him, but unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling that the daycare did not meet the standards I have for my child's care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this daycare to other parents.
