Close to the elevator, I saw a bulletin board with postings of a lot of activities going on in the hospital for both patients and their families. SKH provides a great support system for all stakeholders, which is great as I'm sure it's not the best experience for anyone to be here. Lastly, I noticed how dynamic the staff here were. They were all very upbeat, energetic, and positive; characteristics that are essential when working with children and their families.
