I have text. The office is ignoring me I am a senior who wasn't explained clearly what this practice does or how the finances work. I was not told that I was signing my monthly fee of 646.00 a month through a loan company. The practice was only interested in me signing. Now I want my refund of 3876.00 Also I paid this practice a month I was on vacation. How does that work! How is it legal to keep money that you didn't get service for. This seems illegal. So if you find you want to cancel. You better think twice. read more

The customer service is very poor and unprofessional at Kind health Group... I had come to this place to try out the Emsella treatment and paid a hefty $3000 for 6 sessions of sitting on an electric chair for 28 minutes at a time that is supposed to strengthen your pelvic floor. They had a promotion for this treatment and the package was you pay for all 6 treatments in one sum and you get a free syringe of filler. Every time I came in for a session the girls at the front desk lead me into the room where the chair is and turn the machine on. I sit there for 28 minutes and then I leave the room and go back to the front desk to schedule my next appointment. As I was leaving my 4th session and trying to schedule the next session I asked the girl at the front desk if 12:15 was available the next time I wanted to come in. She told me I needed to come in earlier because there was another client that would be coming in at that time. Being understanding, I agree to an earlier time slot. The next time I came in I was right on time as usual and they lead me to the room and have me sit on the chair. They didn't bother to turn it on and left me sitting there on the chair in my underwear wasting my time for about 20 minutes. I had to open the door and yell to the girl at the front desk wearing nothing but my underwear exclaiming she had left me in the room and forgot about me. I had sat there for almost as long as the time it takes to finish one session so I was really upset how negligent she was about wasting my time after she was the one who told me to come in earlier due to having to see another client. So she comes in and says sorry and then mentions a free session in hopes that I don't get too angry. I told her that would be good. So I come back in the next time and mention it to her about scheduling my free session cause she had mentioned it to me the last time when she forgot about me in the room. She tells me "oh, we're going to give you an assessment and ask you if you even really need it at the end of treatment" and I think to myself "hmm, this girl is just going back on her words because she really was just saying what she needed to say in the moment she messed up to prevent me from being furious with her. So I come in for my 6th and last session of treatment. I came in and sat on the chair per usual and was finished. During this last session, I received no assessment at all. Not even any sort of acknowledgment in wrapping up this expensive treatment. They just sent me out the door with no regards to my experience. At this moment I believe they didn't want to talk to me in case I brought up the issue of the negligence and failure to resolve with the front desk girl. The doctor hadn't even attempted to talk to me about my experience or the end results. In the end I believe they got their $3000 from me in the beginning so they didn't care to give me the respectable service I deserved. They just seemed to bullshit me in order to avoid confrontation. For that much money, they did not respect me or my valuable time and if I were you I would bring your business elsewhere. read more

Beware! Terrible, disgraceful customer service! I haven't even received a return phone call from anyone after leaving 3 messages. I had a botched filler for my chin from Jackie in early October that she said has never happened to her before. After a week of no one returning my call, they finally got me in and she dissolved the filler. She said she'd fix it and I waited two weeks with a crooked bottom lip until I got back in. She then said she couldn't book me for a month and it needed to settle anyway. I called again because I felt uncomfortable trusting her again after getting such bad service. I asked for a refund and to speak to the manager. Still no response! They don't deserve anyone's business even though it's cute inside their offices. I've gotten filler in my lips 2 other times with the last time receiving a full syringe and came away super swollen with okay results.
