    Green curry

One of the best meals we had while in London (and we ate a lot of tasty things)! Kin + Deum is just blocks from London Bridge station and right off Bermondsey St. We arrived to our airbnb exhausted and hangry after a 6.5 hour delay (thanks United!) and KD was kind enough to fit us in without a reso (which you should totally make). The interior is light and airy - decorated in restful pale green tones. Prices and portions are both reasonable - a starter & main should be less than £20. We split a few apps (chicken skewers were especially tasty) along with some mains. My favorite was the green curry fried chicken - but everything was honestly delicious. Expect fresh, spicy flavors and that you'll probably fall in love with this place. I know I did.

I don't have dietary restrictions and will eat most things (at least once), but I have a lot of vegans, vegetarian and pescatarians in my life, so it's always good to find a restaurant with a lot of options to accommodate dietary needs. Also, it's not often that I will have a meat free meal, but I did at Kim and Deum and the food was delicious. We dropped in on a Friday for lunch. It was not too busy when we arrived, but started filling up soon after. We started with the Spring Rolls, which were nice and crispy. I then had the Tom Yum soup with Tofu, which was very flavorful. We then shared two curries with Tofu - a Green and a Massaman. The Green was definitely better, as the Massaman was just a tad too sweet. Overall, a really great meal and perfect if you're with a vegetarian!

Went it for lunch. What a cute little place. The place is great, the staff very sweet. Started the meal with Tom kha soup and it was spectacular. The pad kee Mao noodles were the best part of the meal. It's a bit spicy, but worth trying for sure. The massan curry is the chefs special, it's different and nice with a hint of sweet. I don't appreciate hint of sugar in my savoury meals.

A great find. Authentic Thai dishes with a twist, all freshly prepared, but also with vegetarian and vegan offerings; clean modern decor and decent service. Our curries (Massaman and Penang) were among the best we've ever had, with just the right amount of heat. Bamboo soup was a first, peppery with fresh coriander - a beautifully light starter. The boiled eggs with a crispy shell and tamarind sauce were an interesting side. Friendly staff were efficient without being overbearing. Starters and mains with a beer came to £25 a head (including service). Excellent value.

I got the thom kha and the salad and whilst the meal was fine - the milky coconut milk in the thom kha had a delicate flavour- it wasn't phenomenal. Service also wasn't great; it seems understaffed and we often had to wave to get someone's attention.

The Massaman Curry is the BEST I've ever had. It's my normal go to curry I get at every Thai restaurant, and the one served here just blew me away. I can tell right away that it wasn't made with some pre-made paste. I highly recommend that you get this if you visit this restaurant! The noodles were delicious as well, but it was quite spicy (not an issue for me as I love spice). The interior is clean, open air, and lovely. Staff were Thai and very friendly. Menu had all of the basic Thai dishes you'd find at any Thai restaurant.

I ordered a Chicken Massaman Curry through Deliveroo and it was good, it had well balanced flavors and the amount and quality of meat was fair given the price (not cheap).

Excellent flavors & fresh quality paired with a picture-perfect interior. If I lived here, I'd be back frequently. All our food was incredibly delicious - from apps to mains, and even the drinks were outstanding! My Lychee gin & tonic was superb and unexpected. Highlights for me were the green curry with a crispy chicken & the larb balls app. They were kind enough to sneak us in before an existing reservation arrived - highly recommend a reso around dinner if you can plan ahead. Be prepared for a beautiful, delicious, Instagram-worthy experience.

I will add to this review, but I can tell you the Pork Kra Pow and the Massaman curry are both really well done.

There are also some tabletops near the vendor. The second Mink saw them, I knew we were going to grab food from here. Everyone was friendly and spoke Thai but also very good English. You can dine there or get to go boxes. We ended up ordering Pad Kra Pow with pork. Portion wise, it was perfect and leaves you content. They didn't take long to have our order out. The box smelled great but the taste was AROI MAK (delicious)! It tasted better than places back home in Hawai'i and the price is so inexpensive in comparison. It's not Thailand cheap but it was extremely economical compared to our usual standards. If you're craving Thai and plan to visit Borough Market or nearby, you need to check this spot out!

I was a bit skeptical of their paper container and ordering system, but once I had a sip on that soup... I was in noodle heaven! I've never been to Thailand to compare if this was an authentic Thai food, but I saw some Thai girls eating there and also heard the employees speaking Thai, so I'm pretty sure they are as authentic as I could get in London. I had too many fake Asian-fusion food in London so I was glad to know. I went back there again a few days later but they were closed for Easter holiday. I was so bummed. Hole in the wall Authentic as hell Cheap and friendly Specialist in a few key dishes Delicious and spicy too Just a few chairs and a table At lunch they do take out lunches of authentic Thai curries on rice and sell Thai snacks and sodas off the shelf. Think amazing green, red and massaman curries for a few pounds on your lunch break from the city. After 3pm the order of the day is BOAT NOODLES. Previously impossible to get this done right in London and now available cheap and easily here and just so perfect too. Their normal boat noddles are simply amazing but for a truly authentic version (if you know what I mean) you'll have to ask hard. Send me a message if you're confused and I'll explain off the record. It's not really necessary as its already better than any Thai noodle soup elsewhere in town without the extra unadvertised ingredients. In fact it's the one thing that can surpass pho and it surpasses the best kingsland road pho easily. You've been told!
