I noticed the dizziness was triggered by certain neck movements, though I wasn't nauseous and felt fine as long as I kept my neck straight. It didn't seem related to an inner ear issue, so I decided to visit my chiropractor's office, which has always taken great care of me and my family. Dr. Phil was incredible in helping diagnose the problem, identifying that it was related to misalignment in my neck. After just one visit, I already felt noticeable improvement and could move without triggering dizziness. By the second visit, I was confident that the treatment was truly working. He also recommended a simple neck tool and stretches to support my recovery. Now, I can honestly say I feel back to normal. I no longer worry about sudden dizziness or the room spinning when I move or lie down. For anyone who has experienced vertigo, you know how debilitating it can be--this has truly been life-changing. Dr. Phil is knowledgeable, patient, and professional, and I'm so grateful for his care. I highly recommend reaching out if you're struggling with similar symptoms.
