He provided me with a detailed and reasonable estimate via email that covered the drywall repair and painting. Once I approved of the estimate, I spoke with Alan on the phone and we picked out a couple consecutive days for the repair. (He explained that certain drywall repairs need additional time to dry/cure before they can be painted.) Alan said they would confirm the evening before and Giovanni would be the one making the repairs. The project got pushed back by a day due to another big job they had to complete. (It wasn't a big deal, since I had blocked out the two days anyway.) Giovanni and an apprentice came to the house in the morning to look at each project area before loading in their equipment. It was amazing how quickly they worked and patched up the drywall. They were just about to take a break for lunch and let the repairs dry when we realized we had an issue with the paint. At the beginning of the repairs, I said I would be responsible for providing the paint. The former owners of the home left labeled cans of all the house paints for us, so I thought everything would be fine. Unfortunately, the ceiling paint for the largest drywall area was nowhere to be found! Giovanni was fantastic and cut out a small section for a color match, even offering to pick up the paint. He went above and beyond for something that was 100% my fault. When they returned, they painted everything carefully. Giovanni is so professional and a perfectionist! Everything looks fantastic and we are thrilled with the work. If I ever have additional drywall repairs or painting projects, I will definitely contact Crisp Line Painting again!

Once again, Alan came out to see what needed to be done. Once we approved the quote, he sent his lead painter, Giovani, to do the job. He showed up on time and got straight to work. He did a great job with the repairs. You would never know that the holes were ever there. Once the job was complete he made sure to clean up. This is a great company and I definitely recommend them!

Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work, service and communication was excellent through the entire project! They were on time, courteous, and careful every step of the way. Yuri responded immediately to every email, and Cesar made an effort to explain every step of the work each morning. They arrived exactly as expected each day and were very flexible in working around other contractors we had coming in and out of the course of a couple of weeks. Victor and I specifically discussed the remaining touch-ups and the need to bring back the paint to complete the job. He assured me he would return. However, once payment was made, he became unresponsive and unavailable. I have called, left voicemails, and sent text messages with no response. At this point, he is completely missing in action. What's most frustrating is the lack of professionalism and follow-through. If a job isn't completed properly, the expectation is that the owner stands behind their work. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Victor or his painting services and would advise others to be cautious before hiring.

I had scheduled to meet with multiple contractors, but Erazo's was the only one who showed up on time and ready to work. Jennifer, who handles all the admin work, was a dream to work with! She promptly responded to my inquiry and showed up to my place on time with measuring tools. Then, she had Fabrizio come in to answer and discuss questions about the paint job itself. I needed a quick turnaround, and they were able to schedule me for painting the next day. Fabrizio is a perfectionist and really cares about his craft. Instead of nickle and diming like many other contractors, he even brought his own white paint to touch up parts of the trim to ensure clean lines after painting the walls light grey. Nonetheless, the paint job of the walls, trim, and ceilings ended up looking good. My husband, in-laws, and realtor complimented the painter on the paint job. One reason why I chose this business for the painting was because it is a husband-and-wife team, with the husband doing the painting and the wife doing the cleaning. If there was a delay with the painting, it would be easier to coordinate the scheduling of the cleaning. After the painting was done, the wife cleaned the entire house. They took the time to evaluate the place and ask lots of questions about my goal with painting the place, the sort of paint I wanted, etc. I had a quote the next morning, and we moved forward with the project Saturday. My spot is a an old 505 sq ft studio in DuPont, and they were able to complete the project in a day. The previous owner of my spot hadn't taken care of the place very well, so the paint was chipping and cracking all over the place. They stripped the previous paint, sanded, prepped the walls, and even used a specific type of primer near my AC unit to minimize water damage on the paint. The place looks fresh and clean, which is exactly what I wanted. The quote was around $100 less than the lowest estimate I got elsewhere, and the work was both quick and pristine. I would recommend them to others in the DMV.
