Once the install was completed (in the time quoted) both the young woman managing the office and the young man who completed the installation walked me through setting up the connection with my iPhone, making sure I was ready to use it, before I checked out and paid (and the cost was at the lower end of what UNAVI lists as average for professional installation). Since then it has worked beautifully (I'm thrilled to have my music and maps set up in a hands free voice prompted system again). I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

Upon my arrival, I also added to the scope which Davenport Customs accommodated with an increase in cost from the initial quote understanable as I added to their anticpated work. Overall they were corteous and accommodating. The installation was for a front and rear dashcam with upfrading interior lighting for my Toyota. Would recommend and probably return with future needs.

I took my ford f-150 to get some service and fluids changed, along with some other mechanical work. He not only provided services that were actually needed for my vehicle but he also respected and took care of my vehicle like it was his own. If you need an honest mechanic that has knowledge on vehicles and isn't going to sell you on things you don't need then I would highly recommend Mac. He will not disappoint.

TDC took it on the challenge as as a matter of professional pride, and gave it to me straight, "there might be trouble," as it was a package they hadn't installed previously. Bottom line: No trouble they couldn't handle, bike runs like a champ. Good communication. A fair price, within their stated estimates. No surprises. Also, generous with advice after the job was done.

Talked to Ben. His worst scenario estimate was half the dealerships and 75% of that place in Swepsonville. So, I rode by. Liked what I saw and set a drop off. He called me the next morning. Not only was the issue even simpler but the price was 1/2 of his worst case scenario. Honestly, I probably wouldn't have known the difference. He told me though. That meant a lot to me. Ben's an honest guy and has my diesel work from now on. The guy's in the shop were nice too. I just didn't catch their names. THANKS W.O.T.!!!!!

I purchased an ATV from Baker Motorsports with a guaranteed delivery date before Christmas. That…read moredate came and went. It is now mid-February, and the machine still has not been delivered. I have now been told delivery has been pushed back yet again, this time to the end of March. What is even more frustrating than the delay itself is the complete lack of communication and accountability. Phone calls are not returned. No proactive updates are provided. The only way I can get any information at all is by physically showing up at the store in person. That is unacceptable when you have already paid for a machine that was promised months ago. If delivery was going to take this long, that should have been communicated honestly from the beginning. Instead, I have dealt with repeated delays, shifting timelines, and no follow-through. I purchase several machines every year and expect a basic level of professionalism and transparency. Based on this experience, I will never purchase from Baker Motorsports again, and I strongly caution others to carefully consider their options before doing business here.
