One of the crew working there "helped " me load the rest of my purchases in my wagon. When I began loading my truck I noticed the box containing my Dash panel purchase was empty. I absolutely believe this was intentional. I returned to the trailer with the empty box ready to call the police. The table setup that previously contained a single dash panel for A/C cars now also had a non A/C panel like the one I purchased. As a former member of the law enforcement community the behavior of the crew when I returned was all I needed to confirm my suspicions. They took the non A/C panel from the display table and put it in my empty box. I brushed it off as a " honest mistake " and got the heck out of there. I will never do business with Ausley's again.

Shout out to Khaleb! My battery had left me high and dry and I was already having a bad afternoon…read morebefore being stranded. Got a jump and drove straight to O'Reilly Auto Parts where I met Khaleb. He told me not to worry- he'd get my car all set. He got me a new battery and I was shocked to learn that the old battery he took out was the original manufacturer battery in my 2014 Mustang! The terminals had major corrosion on them and Khaleb cleaned them and installed the new battery. I was good to go! It was nice to end the day with getting a problem with my car resolved so easily by such a friendly, courteous and personable associate.
