I agree with the price and he went to working on the tire . and said he was done with the repair all he needed to do was air it up and he would be done. he left I went back out 30 minutes later and the tire was flat again. I call HARTFORD and they sent someone else out to change the tire. I spent the entire next day trying to find someone that will repair the tire.. I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire

If they would have said, we have a problem, can we do it tomorrow morning, OK not happy but ...things... happen. So lets go. But they promise, then break the promise and let me wait. Another call 1:30pm - answering machine. Left a note clarifying that I'm charged parking fees at the current location if car is not picked up as promised. Rude yelling callback - claims to have called but """I didn't pick up the phone""". Claims to do me a favor if he keeps his side of a contract. WOW! Nice understanding of businesses. The call? When he arrives, he's in a mini van with one of the tail lights out. As a female driver on the side of the highway at night, that's a little off putting, but again, fine. BUT THEN he gets out of the mini van, PEES on the side of the highway in front of me before starting to change the tire??? When he's done peeing... he starts working on the tire, his pants falling down the entire time. Unprofessional is an understatement. I was so uncomfortable.
