I agree with the price and he went to working on the tire . and said he was done with the repair all he needed to do was air it up and he would be done. he left I went back out 30 minutes later and the tire was flat again. I call HARTFORD and they sent someone else out to change the tire. I spent the entire next day trying to find someone that will repair the tire.. I took it to Firestone and Walmart they wouldn't touch it because someone had already tried to repair it . I called ARNOLD and told him he needs to hold his employe responsible for this tire that now can't be fixed now. if hi employees can't fix the service they are offering they shouldn't have the option of offering it. if you are offering a service that clearly you can't provide. it's a waste of the customer time and in my case money. because I had to spend 200$ on a new tire

I need sb to get "out there". (We are talking about a parking lot two miles from the interstate 40). My concerned question if we can still hold that 7-11 schedule is answered affirmative. A callback promised 45min before arrival. After that another call at 10:30am to the business partner who calls in. Promises made, excuses found, but callbacks with updates not happening. If they would have said, we have a problem, can we do it tomorrow morning, OK not happy but ...things... happen. So lets go. But they promise, then break the promise and let me wait. Another call 1:30pm - answering machine. Left a note clarifying that I'm charged parking fees at the current location if car is not picked up as promised. Rude yelling callback - claims to have called but """I didn't pick up the phone""". Claims to do me a favor if he keeps his side of a contract. WOW! Nice understanding of businesses. The call? All the tire places around town know about their shady practices and they will lie to cover themselves. They are a fly-by-night company. Destroyed my rim with zero accountability. The Audi cap removal tool was in the trunk, your driver just did not know how to use it. Would you like pictures of that also? More lies. The guy showed up in an unmarked Dodge Durango.
