After a long shift working at the hospital, I find out I have a flat tire. I go to change it and apparently my lug nuts have swollen (something I have never heard of before) so my lug wrench doesn't fit, no one on the campus can help so I call my insurance for help. After a long while waiting, Arnold's Roadside was called and John came out right away. He called me when he was getting ready to leave, when he left, and when he was close by. After he found out I had a long drive home he even fixed the hole in my tire for free so I wouldn't have to drive home on the spare. Even in the heat of rush hour, James got to me in less than an hour. Communication was clear and effective. He got my spare tire on swiftly and was very kind, especially in this high-stress, cold, rainy situation. Jon was amazing. Our car died while on the highway. We sat for hours trying to coordinate a tow from State Farm. Luckily Jon reached out and was able to figure out a quick fix. I am so glad he called and saved us from a tow. His skill at isolating what went wrong left us amazed and and then he had us on our way in 15 minutes flat. We had 4 little kids in the car and were hours away from home, and just like that we were back on the road. No tows, no Ubers, no finding a place to spend the night. Had a flat off 85; called roadside assistance through my Toyota maintenance plan and they sent out Arnold's RA. Last time Toyota sent out another company the wait time was extremely long. But, Arnold's RA was fast, I probably waited a total of 20 minutes! He called me and let me know where he was. After 5 hours being stranded in the heat on the side of the highway, multiple people attempting to help, $160 going to waste to Triple A after a 3 hour wait time, Arnold's Roadside Assistance saved the day in less than an hour and was able to get my husband back on the road to Missouri, for a very reasonable price! BEST assistance EVER!! Unlocked my door and when we couldn't find the key the collision center was supposed to leave in my console, he stayed almost an hour to assist in getting my locked gas latch open when we finally found out they left it there. Such a stellar job & so KIND!!! read more
