The first thing dude said was to close his door and the we where letting all his cool air out and he said he was losing money on his trucks by keeping the the car in his lot but had easily over a quarter million dollars in trucks witch doesn't make sense you'd think that if your loosing money on your trucks you'd get rid of one of two of them so I assume you're not losing that much money not to mention how much of a dick the dude was about payment and about grabbing stuff from the car itself and stood behind us the entire time but also got upset at the only person of color and made her get off his lot when she spoke up for herself read more

This is one of the worst towing companies I've ever came across. I cannot describe how hateful the dude was towards my friends, who could've very well died in the accident they were in. He kicked out one of my friends who were in the accident and remembered every second of the accident, with tears in her eyes, because she was politely asking to not talk about bills when nothing had even been solidified yet. He was extremely ignorant, he doesn't need to be worried about no money when he got more than 3 tow trucks in the yard when my friends ain't even got 4 wheels to ride on anymore. If it was an option, they'd definitely be suing this hell hole. When he kicked my friend out and I went after her, we had to stand under a tree in the yard because instead of politely letting us inside the building with nothing but AC he made us stand there in the boiling hot weather. My son and daughter broke down in North Carolina on a Sunday afternoon on their way from New Jersey to their school in South Carolina. I called AAA and was referred to another tow company who would not tow the car until the next day. I called Morgan's towing and spoke with Melissa. She was not only able to have a truck to my kids within a half hour, they also were willing to take the car the full 200+ miles to South Carolina! It's a helpless feeling to be 8 hrs from your kids when they need you - Morgan's towing took the stress out of a difficult situation and we are grateful for their service. Got here very fast told hour wait turn out be less then 30 && the job was done in less then 10mins great service

They were extremely helpful in a difficult time for us. We were visiting the Burlington area Saturday evening and my car started smoking, and seemed as if it wanted to cut off. Since we didn't feel it was safe to drive we left it in the restaurant parking lot where we were, thankfully we were with friends who live near us and they were able to drop us off at home. We called Morgan's Towing first thing Sunday morning they gave us an amazing quote for a 43 mile tow. Kevin the tow driver was amazing! At one point we were following behind his tow truck but we ended up passing him, he called my phone to check on us because he didn't see us behind him anymore and he wanted to make sure nothing had happened. You can't ask for better service than that! Now let's hope the service center that possibly cause this issue will take care of it. read more

I just wanna say how thankful we are that Kevin Morgan was able to come tow our truck in the middle of the night he got my family of five safe and sound not only did he take us to the mechanic he also helped us to a hotel.
