My car required towing as it doesn't come with a spare nor does it have a "run flat" tire. Upon loading it onto the flatbed truck, the technician inadvertently scraped the front lower spoiler. Unfortunately, my vehicle didn't have a front camera that would have helped the technician to see in the front and at such a low profile. The technician and the owner were overly professional and didn't hesitate to ensure the damage was rectified. Unfortunately, I hit some road debris on an exit ramp, tonight, and destroyed both passenger side tires (and probably, the rims, as well). I was absolutely sick about it. Tesla roadside assistance sent Tim from Lemon's to tow my car to their service center. Thank God for him! He was there much quicker than I expected, took excellent care of my car, and even waited with me a few minutes at the service center, to make sure my Lyft driver got there, and I was safe. I am so appreciative that he didn't leave me alone in a dark, deserted parking lot, waiting for a stranger to drive me home. It was above and beyond the scope of his job, but another example of Tim being such a blessing for me, tonight. My bucket van go stuck on side of the road at job site in Durham due to all the rain a few weeks ago. I decided to call all the towing companies in Durham to help me out and they all ended up being over price and a bunch of assholes. So decided to call lemon towing and these guys were very professional,super friendly and very helpful. They gave me a quote over the phone and when the guy arrived and pull me out ended up charging me less. I would definitely recommend and use there services again. He came very fast, picked my car up in minutes and drove me to my destination in no time. While riding with the technician to the dealership, he gave me strong customer service the whole time. Employees were friendly, service was fast and efficient. Most painless roadside service I've ever received. Reasonable pricing too.

If you have a choice, do not do business with these people. They are deceptive vultures plain and simple. They originally told my wife that it would be $125 for the tow and $30 per day storage. The original storage price was quite high for the fact they just dump it in a large muddy lot. Their daily costs are zero, but that's the way it is. Unfortunately they weren't content with their agreed upon prices, and proceeded to lie their way to more money from my wife when she went to sell the car to a scrap yard. We obviously needed to move quickly (or we would have been charged for more days until the scrap yard could come back). When my wife got there they said the tow was $175 and it's $35 per day. Whoever she spoke to either doesn't actually exist or was mistaken. My wife was alone because I was working and she needed to move on to other things and didn't want to get charged more if the scrap yard had to come back, so she accepted the gouged prices. The bottom line is don't do business with these people if you can avoid it. read more

Here are the facts. Rob arrived 20 minutes after I called. He restored my dead as a door nail battery and got me on my way with courtesy, competency and consideration...for a reasonable price. I was out with the dog when he arrived. He didn't rush me or act annoyed. We went to the garage and he asked questions about how I might have drained the battery to properly diagnose what was going on.He cautioned me the car alarm might o off so i might want to cover my ears. Once it was started, while I was letting it run to re-charge, he explained all the light settings on my complicated car- even the fog lights People like him make my glad I live here. read more

It's a small company, so they took over an hour to get to me. But after that, he took my dead car to the shop across town quickly and was very friendly while I rode with him. The entire cost was under 80 dollars--much more reasonable than anywhere else I've heard of in town.
