Requested towing. Fast and efficient service. Great value especially with a late night call and needing a low sports car towed.

Unfortunately, while…read morehe was away on family business, I experienced a very serious and disturbing incident involving one of his "new" drivers. On January 21, 2026, my vehicle was towed while I was actively pumping gas in the gym parking area. The driver identified himself as Berry. During this interaction, he used profanity toward me without provocation and physically pushed me while removing my vehicle, which still contained my Emotional Support Animal. I am a United States protected Veteran and a paying member (Peak Results Member) at Crunch Fitness West Market Greensboro, where I train for my mental health and stability. Crunch management and front desk staff confirmed that they did not authorize this tow and that they were aware the vehicle belonged to a current patron. What should have been a normal evening turned into a traumatic experience. Being pushed, having my vehicle taken, and being separated from my ESA in cold weather was frightening and unacceptable. This incident has been reported to both company management and the Greensboro police. I am sharing this experience so others are aware and so appropriate accountability can take place. Photos are attached for documentation.

I am writing to formally document a serious concern regarding my recent interaction with EZ Towing…read moreand their worker Mr. Michael . The conduct displayed by one of your employees was highly unprofessional, aggressive, and unacceptable. My vehicle with 30 day tags was towed from my apartment complex During the encounter, the employee approached myself and another female in an aggressive manner and used inappropriate and offensive language, including derogatory terms and the use of a racial slur. When confronted, he admitted to using the N-word, which is completely unacceptable and created a hostile and unsafe environment. The employee also made a confrontational remark referencing legal action, stating words to the effect of, "Oh, you're the probation officer that's going to sue me," which was unprofessional and unnecessary. Additionally, when questioned about response time, he stated that he was tired, had been sleeping, and would arrive "when he gets there," demonstrating a lack of urgency and accountability. He then attempted to require that I produce registration for my vehicle, despite the fact that I had valid 30-day temporary tags. I informed him that there is no separate registration document provided with temporary tags. Despite this, he continued to press the issue. He then looked at an unrelated piece of old mail that contained information about a 2022 Kia Sorento and, based on that, decided to let me go. Before leaving, the employee also made the alarming statement that my car was "his property," which was both incorrect and highly inappropriate. Throughout the entire interaction, his demeanor remained rude, confrontational, and aggressive. This experience reflects extremely poorly on EZ Towing's professionalism, judgment, and customer service standards. Situations involving towing are already stressful, and this type of behavior only escalates tension and raises serious concerns about how customers are treated. I strongly urge EZ Towing to take this matter seriously by reviewing this incident, addressing employee conduct, and implementing proper training to ensure respectful, lawful, and professional interactions moving forward. I spoke with Rico the owner in which he was nice. However I am expecting a follow up call on this manner and due to the racial slurs and lack of a professionalism due to someone being tired a full refund. Micheal was not trying to give me his name, his boss information and or number. The only way i found out his name is because someone called asking about a tow and he gave her his name, and my leasing agency gave me Micheal's boss information. Rico informed me that he couldn't see Micheal saying that due to Micheal having black nieces and or nephews. I would appreciate an apology from Micheal himself as to Rico already given me one however he is not the one who was being rude and racist.

They also try to get you to sign a form that's not required in order to retrieve property. If you paid 248 please report this to the NC Department of revenue. If they charged you or had you signed this form. Please report to the NCDOJ and federal trade commission. This is an illegal practice and they have to give your personal property free of charge or fee. They are currently under numerous investigation and if the city calls for them to tow your vehicle I recommend using your insurance tow service of AAA so that you won't run into any issues after wreckage. Clarence is rude and will make you waist your gas driving there.

In 9/5/2025 I got to their office at 4pm to find out they closed it a hour earlier than google says. With everything they asked for. Called the guy to talk to him earlier anround 2pm and he said they close at 4:30pm so I decided to get there at 4. They were closed when I got there. Called their number 6 times to finally get a guy on the phone. He said all trucks are out and he notified them to come back to give me my car. It took him 4 hours to come give me my car. I waited from 4pm to almost 8pm to get my car. The dispatcher also kept hanging up on me. Business should be shut down. NEVER USE THEM for anything. They take hours for regular customers but come in 5 mins when the police calls them. Finally got my car and they took their time for a reason. They damaged my car in many places smh but they wanted that $800 in cash tho. go figure

How do you write a review about an angel without sending the reader floating away to Heaven? I…read moredon't know but I'm going to try to convey what a miracle experience I had with Travis Gentry. My once beloved Fiat 500X was due for inspection in 4 weeks. The check engine light had been on for months and the dealer stated it wouldn't hurt to drive it- they never told me the car wouldn't pass NC State inspection because of it. Ar'd that 4 wk point all of the dashboard system software lit up a panoply of impressive error messages and refused to start. Dealer across state line in VA wanted car towed there but didn't promise much. After this dealer charged me $2,000 to try to diagnose why the AC/backup camera stopped working only to say it would take an estimate of another $5,000 for some wire harness I decided NO. Salvage co in Greensboro offered me 8 cents per # ($200 total) if I towed it to them. So, the future looked bleak UNTIL Mr. Travis Gentry (the aforementioned ANGEL in disguise) came to my house, I briefly told him history and instead of towing it to a local dealer who offered me $500 on a trade in Mr. Gentry offered to take it to his workshop and run some tests. He was able to get the car running, properly diagnose what was wrong, and give a fair repair estimate. I CANNOT say enough good about this angel sent to me ONE day before the registration expired. I love his honesty, fair pricing, and above all his ethics which is a rarity in today's world. RECOMMEND Travis highly. You won't be disappointed.
