This company came out and charged me for a diagnostic service on my dryer, but after taking payment they essentially disappeared. It has now been 22 days with no repair and no communication. I have called multiple times and they never answer the phone or return calls. To make matters worse, they texted me confirming an appointment on 3/16 between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM to come fix the dryer. I stayed home during that entire window and no technician ever showed up and no one contacted me to explain why. So far my experience has been: * Charged for diagnosis * No repair completed * No returned calls * Missed appointment with no explanation * 22 days waiting with no resolution If you are thinking about using this company, be prepared to pay up front and then struggle to get any response afterward. Very disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had a drain/plumbing issue in a tenant apartment that was making the one shower unusable (i.e.,…read morean emergency). We had three other plumbers out to try to resolve the issue and they always just passed the buck ("you'll have to call someone else") or suggested replacing and entire shower stack ($2k+). Bore's was able to fit me in earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation, and used actual common sense to identify the issue, which was much easier to resolve than previously thought. The apprentice plumber called in to the master plumber Michael (who I believe is also the owner?), who was able to come out same-day (!!), confirm the solution, and call in the right tech. Then he waited around for an extra hour to make sure the tech did the job correctly, put everything back as it was before (access panel, etc.) and even rinsed down the tub (which had accumulated significant grime during all the troubleshooting). Michael was very informative about how to prevent further issues. And the charges were well below what we anticipated we would need to spend, thanks to their aptitude and careful consideration. Wonderful experience, from scheduling to finish.

I can't say enough good things about Mike, the owner of Above All Plumbing…read more I've worked with Mike for over five years across a wide range of projects--from simple repairs like fixing a leaky sink all the way up to full-scale replumbing of a 48-unit apartment building. In between, he's handled just about everything you can imagine, and he's even done work at my personal residence. That alone should tell you the level of trust I have in him. What truly sets Mike apart is his reliability and professionalism. He shows up when he says he will. He starts jobs on time and, just as importantly, he finishes them. In an industry where it's common for contractors to bounce between projects, leaving jobs half-done while they chase the next one, Mike is the exact opposite. When he commits to a project, he sees it through. He doesn't disappear for weeks while juggling other work. He stays focused and gets it done. He also consistently finishes within the scheduled timeframe. And in the rare instance where something needs to shift, his communication is excellent. He doesn't leave you guessing. He's proactive, transparent, and respectful of your time and schedule. Beyond that, Mike is dependable, hardworking, and honest. With the volume of units and projects I manage, I've worked with a lot of trades over the years. It's not easy to find someone who combines skill, integrity, consistency, and strong communication--but Mike does. Whether it's a small residential repair or a large multifamily project, he treats the work seriously and stands behind it. That kind of consistency over five-plus years is rare. If you're looking for a plumber you can truly rely on--someone who shows up, communicates clearly, finishes what he starts, and does quality work--Above All Plumbing should absolutely be your first call.

So when it came time to install my home's new gas water heater, I figured these were decent folks to hire. The owner, Ryan was helpful and got me scheduled within an acceptable time frame for the job. Ryan and his brother showed up on time, were conscious of tracking bootprints into our home and were pleasant in conversation, even patiently answering my questions as they dug into the job. Ryan is a Christian man, so I was not surprised, but I was appreciative when he did not rake me over the coals when a faulty pressure reducing valve (PRV) was also discovered to need replacing... which I already suspected was necessary given our monstrous shower water pressure. (...Which my wife was sad to see go!) No plumber is cheap these days, but Revolution Plumbing did charge me less than they could have-especially over that PRV. This is a family owned business and decent folks.
