We had a drain/plumbing issue in a tenant apartment that was making the one shower unusable (i.e.,…read morean emergency). We had three other plumbers out to try to resolve the issue and they always just passed the buck ("you'll have to call someone else") or suggested replacing and entire shower stack ($2k+). Bore's was able to fit me in earlier than scheduled due to a cancellation, and used actual common sense to identify the issue, which was much easier to resolve than previously thought. The apprentice plumber called in to the master plumber Michael (who I believe is also the owner?), who was able to come out same-day (!!), confirm the solution, and call in the right tech. Then he waited around for an extra hour to make sure the tech did the job correctly, put everything back as it was before (access panel, etc.) and even rinsed down the tub (which had accumulated significant grime during all the troubleshooting).
