When I went into the basement to retrieve the sheets and put them into the dryer, sewage was bubbling up from a drain. This was 10:30 at night. I called Luke and he said, "Can't be there tonight but I'll be there first thing in the morning." And he was. He fixed it! Because he helped replace our old sewer line a few months before, I asked him, "What do I owe you?" He simply said, "No charge. Take care of your mom. She's a sweetheart." That's the kind of guy he is.
