With the bustle of rush hour traffic, the staff greeted us warmly and the parking valet saved us the hassle of finding parking for the next couple of days. The associates at the check in desk greeted us with a snack and a choice of red or white wine. Our room keys didn't work on the elevator at first but that was quickly remedied. The hotel staff were awesome! They went the extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable during our event weekend. Our meeting ballroom was comfortable for our meetings and fellowships. The breakfast with omelette station was enjoyed by everyone! Gym area is large enough for about 30 people max to exercise. There is a small cooler for bottled water and an area for hotel supplied towels.

i wish i had better pictures of my room. however the pictures i see dnt do justice, im assuming they recently remolded bc our room was so nice fresh clean and aesthetically pleasing. i did find a few hairs in the bathroom but hey thats better than piss or poop not being properly cleaned up. when you walk i. it gives historic vibes but as soon as you go up to your room it gives modern vibes! a lot of times in citys the hotels are so small but this hotel had more than enough space/breathing room.

This hotel is very very beautiful. Also very close to the harbor so you could go sightseeing without walking too far. This hotel is very clean very prestige. The marlin the decor everything about it is beautiful. Customer service was great. The rooms was clean had big beautiful windows I cannot complain. The price for the room was decent. It was an overly priced and my favorite part in the afternoon they gave you complementary wine for an hour. That was a plus for me I had a wonderful stay.

This is a beautifully styled hotel! The 1st floor/ground floor is very grand and has a few sitting areas and a restaurant. The lobby is on the 2nd floor, which is accessible via the large opulent staircase or the guest elevators. The 3rd floor has the banquet halls. We lucked out and got a room on the 12th floor near the elevators. The room was spacious with plenty of lighting. However, there was only one small trash can for the entire room, and it was located in the bathroom. overall the room seemed kinda bare, but it did contain a workstation desk, an extra sitting chair, and wall to ceiling mirror. Oh, and the air conditioner stopped working the next morning, but overall the room was clean and the bedding was surprisingly comfortable. Overall, the hotel has a very grand fabulous boutique-look and the venue is spacious. Valet parking is also readily available out front, but you'll likely have to go inside to get the attendant's attention. I like the option to either charge the valet parking to your room, or pay at the attendant station-which is what I opted to do. Check-in and check-out were seamless and courtesy, and the housekeepers, the doormen, and the car attendants were all very amiable and professional. Pro tip: you have to quickly swipe your room key in and out of the slot to work the elevators. Its a bit tricky, but you'll see what I mean!

We stayed three nights at Hotel Monaco. The hotel is housed in a gorgeous, historic building amidst the hustle and bustle of downtown Baltimore. Our room needed some TLC; however, it was spacious, quiet and private. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and wine hours, as well as the beautiful gathering space. The in-building restaurant (B&O Brasserie) is an incredible dinner option. We would stay here again.

I have no idea how this hotel is 4.5 stars! It's 3 at best. There was so much going on when we walked into the building. Lots of maintenance (not routine) and fixing up. The elevators weren't working so we had to use the service elevator. The night staff seemed frazzled maybe due to the disarray of the hotel. This was a Sunday evening. We were checked into an ADA room (not my preference nor was it needed). I've stayed at other Kimpton Hotels and have always enjoyed them, so I was really looking forward to our stay here. Perhaps my hopes were too high? It left much to be desired and I did not feel it was worth the money nor the star rating.

Stayed on the 12th floor city view for a wedding. Very interesting architecture in an old building....lots of marble; just beautiful! We had a great time and really enjoyed the building; love the spacious rooms, which were very clean. Conveniently located close to the inner harbor and not too far from other Baltimore attractions like Canton and Fells Point. Only 8 minutes from Harbor East no and my favorite restaurant- BarOne. Con- No in-room coffee/tea options - you need to go to lobby which has it available from 7am (or close to) onward

I stayed at your property, Kimpton Monaco Baltimore July 5-7 and had multiple disturbing issues. Upon check-in there was no bellman to help us cart our luggage to our room. The hotel upon entrance was very hot. Once getting into our room 1417 we noticed the room was uncomfortably warm. The microwave in the middle of the hallway near the elevators! There were no robes, the outlet by the lamp didn't work, the refrigerator was barely cold, no decor, one chair and bugs smudged on the mirrors. I let you know about the missing seating, refrigerator and robes. Your team brought up the robes a random metal folding chair and I was told by maintenance that the refrigerators don't get very cold. Went to dinner at B&O and Dominic was an EXCELLENT server! We told his supervisor (black female with red deadlocks) and she was so rude! She rolled her eyes and didn't say thank you and did not relay the positive feedback to Dominic at all. They wouldn't allow Dominic to tie the bill to my room so we paid there. We made it through a very uncomfortably warm night since at that point we realized the AC was not working. Called B&O next morning for breakfast the supervisor was rude. Black female with long braids. We left for the day came back at 2pm room was JUST beginning to clean the room and we had to wait in the HOT lobby until she was done. Got back to the room and the heat was unbearable. I let you know and maintenance came and tried to solve this issue with no success. We told that the other rooms were also warm on that floor! We had to go to another room on the 11th floor (I requested high floor away from an elevator both rooms were right next to the elevator) they did not send anyone to help relocate us. Thank goodness maintenance helped! We get to room 1117 and it had no robes (again) no clock and there were bugs in our sheets which we discovered the next morning! (I included photos) I have stayed in Kimpton's across the US for over 10yrs. I was even a Kimpton Member before IHG took over. I am very familiar with your properties including this one as I have stayed MULTIPLE times and this was the worst Kimpton experience in all 10yrs. My sister who is asthmatic, my 1.5yr son and myself who has a joint related autoimmune disease were exhausted from having to deal with all of these issues. My sister could barely breathe in that hot hotel all while I lugged luggage around the hotel only to sleep in a bug infested bed with my 1.5yr old! Needless to say I will not be coming back to this property again. I had staff tell me that the AC has not been working for over two weeks! There was never a manager available to speak to. And your limited staff knew very little about what to do! I am so disappointed in seeing this property go downhill as I had frequently bragged and both witnessed how great it USED to be. I have reserved this property for corporate events and you have lost my personal and professional business after this experience. I truly hope I don't see this at any other of your Kimpton properties, but this makes me reluctant to stay at another Kimpton property. I let the manager know and received ZERO response. DO NOT STAY HERE

We were assigned a room on the same floor as the lobby, just past the fitness center. From the outside it was as if we were on the second floor. Our single bed was quite wide, the ceiling above the bed was very high, but the bathroom was small, had no spare toilet paper, and only two hooks to hang anything, which made it tough to hang clean clothing and towels to dry for two guests who do not share towels. Speaking of which, towels provided were limited, so when I found a stain on my bath towel and requested a fresh one, they brought me a whole set. After our time here I saw a video by theholdernessfamily mentioning hotel bathrooms with barn doors that don't close tightly. I didn't realize that was a thing. But it proved true here! Also clear glass shower doors which make it impossible to share the bathroom with a gal pal while someone is showering. Our across the hall neighbor was loud. It was as if there was an open house party each night from about 10:30pm to 11:45pm with all the loud comings and goings. Their 24 hour gym had a water fountain. They have a Grab & Go stocked with a variety of snacks, drinks, some ice cream, and useful things.

We were able to see stunning views of the water and also the city. I'm not sure how long this hotel has been there, but the rooms are modern and up-to-date. They are more textbook than boutique. We recently spent two nights at the end of February 2026 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront with…read moreour 6-year-old daughter and came away very impressed with the property. It proved to be an excellent base for a short family getaway. The Positives: 1) Room Setup: We appreciated having two queen beds, which worked perfectly for a family of three. Both beds were comfortable, and the room layout felt functional rather than cramped. 2) Location: The hotel's proximity to major attractions was ideal. On our first full day, we walked about 10 minutes along the waterfront to the National Aquarium, which made for an easy and pleasant outing. The next day, we made a similarly short walk to the Port Discovery Children's Museum (formerly known as the Children's Discovery Center). In both instances, being able to walk back and forth without relying on transportation made the trip significantly smoother with a young child. 3) Staff and Service: The staff were consistently helpful. The concierge lounge attendants were friendly, and the front desk team handled check-in and check-out efficiently. On our departure day, we were able to store our luggage seamlessly after checking out, which allowed us to enjoy a few more hours in the area without feeling encumbered. 4) Elevators: This may seem like a small operational detail, but it mattered. We were on the 21st floor, and the concierge lounge is on the 31st. Because there is no direct elevator connection between those floors, we frequently had to ride down to the lobby and transfer elevators. Despite this added movement, the elevators were consistently quick and efficient. We never found ourselves waiting long, even during busier periods--a notable plus in a large waterfront hotel. 5) Concierge Lounge: The lounge was a real asset, particularly on our first evening. After traveling, it was convenient to piece together a full dinner from the generous spread available there. The following morning was more uneven--they ran out of food earlier than expected due to heavier foot traffic--but this appeared to be more of a planning miscalculation than neglect. Overall, having access to the lounge added meaningful value to our stay. (Lounge access is limited to Marriott Bonvoy members with elite status, which fortunately my wife has because of her frequent travels.) 6) Breakfast Buffet: We opted for the breakfast buffet on our final morning. At $32 per person, it is undeniably expensive. That said, the quality and variety justified the price. The offerings were extensive: oatmeal, grits, pork and chicken sausage, bacon, home fries, scrambled eggs, pancakes, made-to-order omelets and waffles, juices, coffee, and more. It was a comprehensive, well-executed American breakfast spread. Overall: For a short family trip to Baltimore, the Marriott Waterfront struck the right balance between comfort, convenience, and service. The location alone makes it highly attractive for families planning to explore the Inner Harbor area, and the operational execution--from elevators to luggage storage--was smooth. We would gladly consider staying here again on a future visit.

Rooms are well-appointed and spacious. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. There was a crayon on the floor, which gave me pause on the cleanliness, though other than that, the room seemed very clean. There is plenty of storage, but I can always appreciate more hooks. We utilized the spa, which was awesome, and appreciated the in-room dining. Our in-room dining server was extremely friendly and funny, which was nice, though our breakfast order was extremely delayed. At least it was good, which is more than I can say for the hotel's other offerings. The hotel restaurants, while elegant with fairly good service, provided food and libations that were mid, if I'm being generous. This was a celebratory stay, and nothing ruins that more than inferior food, which we experienced. Valets were friendly and funny, though they forgot to extend our parking, so we ended up with a ticket (which was adjudicated, but still, not something you expect from the Four Seasons). Overall, I do think this is an excellent hotel and I am definitely looking forward to returning, though I will absolutely be dining and drinking elsewhere.

I don't want to go here just for 1 season, I want to go here for Four Seasons!…read more My friend got me a gift card to the Four Seasons for my birthday to use for the amenities- spa, pool, etc. Instead of just using a day pass, I decided to optimize the gift card and do a solo staycation for an early birthday present to myself! I decided to go the weekend right before the pool closed. Yes I procrastinated a lot since I went in September, but luckily the weather was beyond beautiful! It wasn't too hot and it wasn't too cold! Because of this they extended the pool for one more week, but I'm glad I got to go when I did! I got into Baltimore a little earlier than check-in (2pm) and was hoping for early check-in. While my original room was ready, I had asked for an upgrade and they were able to accommodate me to a room with a balcony completely complimentary! I wish I remembered the concierges' name who helped me, but he was such a kind, sweet man! Honestly all the staff was so sweet, kind and hospitable! Since I got a room upgrade, I had to wait until 4pm. And what other way to wait besides sitting by the pool! They let me keep my luggage by the front desk until my room was ready. So I changed really quickly and made my way to the pool. I was able to get a chair right in front of the pool to be able to soak in the sun. I ordered the - Fed hill fling - 5/5 this cocktail was so yummy! I could just down it, but I decided not to drink too much before my massage! The cocktail names are so cute especially since I lived in Baltimore as well! I had a massage scheduled at 5:30pm and the only downside was that they didn't inform me that was room was ready. I had to check in around 4pm with the hostess at the pool. Luckily I was able to quickly go upstairs, change, and head my way back down to the spa to be able to enjoy the spa for a bit before my massage! My masseuse was thoroughly knowledgeable about everything! She respected what I wanted to get massaged and what I opted out for. The experience was truly relaxing and I was so bummed I didn't have a lot of time to experience the spa. But I wasn't too worried since the spa is open year round, unlike the pool. I made my way back to the pool for the perfect golden hour sunset! This time I was by the hot tub and I seriously did not want to get out! I ordered 2 of the same drinks- The blossom spritz 4/5- I'm coming to realize I'm not really a spritz girl, but it was seriously the perfect night cap. I headed back to my room and decided to order room service instead of heading downstairs to Maximon. I got- Caesar salad 5/5 - this was probably the best dish I ordered Fries 4/5 - your typical fries Mac n cheese 2/5 - I ordered from the kids' menu because I have a small appetite, but I'm not sure if this was Mac n cheese or just buttered noodles. There was no cheese! I also ordered room service for breakfast- Just egg scramble 3/5 - it was okay.. I suggested to add cheese, but I guess they forgot. And I'm not sure why she added a grilled tomato, but it was actually good! Iced coffee 5/5 - okay yeah this coffee hit the spot after the amount of cocktails I had and I definitely needed a jolt so I could survive the day! I really liked that they had all the amenities you need at the pool- cucumber water, umbrellas, sunscreen, etc. Although the sunscreen did leave a white cast on my skin. Overall my experience at the Four Seasons was truly unforgettable that I'm already thinking about visiting again! If it wasn't for my gift card, I probably wouldn't have gone, but I'm so happy I did! Not to mention, Adam Sandler was also staying there and I was able to get a glimpse of him when he walked by the pool!
