Have been looking for a new cupcake bakery for birthday…read morecelebrations and found Smallcakes in Keller, Texas. Guess how I found this bakery? Come on guess? Yelp! On Yelp there were many bakeries but liked that this location was on my way to the celebration. Walking in you are greeted with this cute fun decor with a setting to take selfies. They offer cute fun balloons that you can add to your order. I shopped online and called the store with my order. What I can say about their cupcakes is that the cake has this fine light texture and flavor. The red velvet was my favorite and will be back for another 1/2 dozen or more. Turns out that Smallcakes cupcakes were my son's family favorite so winner winner when I showed up with them at our celebration. Also, they offer empanadas which is kind of a weird combination but they looked great and will be back when I need to bring a dish to a family gathering. Also, if you liked Sprinkles cupcakes you will love Smallcakes!

Honestly the best I've had. Stopped by here last week for a last minute birthday order for this weekend. The service was top notch! I was met with kindness and the order was perfect. The cupcakes were a hit! Every adult and child helped themselves to a cupcake. They offer vegan and gluten free as well which is great if you have any allergies. The shop itself is small and cozy. Despite the size, they have a wide variety of flavors to choose from. My favorites are strawberry and blueberry lemon. The vegan ones are pretty tasty too! If you have the chance stop by and try them out.

Food is always ready on time, perfectly wrapped, great service, and most importantly - great tasting. Their cookies are huge & they are amazing. The sea salt caramel cookie is my favorite. All of their sandwiches here are amazing & you get to choose the bread for any sandwich you choose. Every sandwich & every bread choice is so good. You cannot go wrong with this place & they have never disappointed me. I have lunch for 3 days & spend less than $20. It's so filling & so worth your money. Give it a try!

Texture was definitely the highlight. The cake was super soft, light, and airy. It wasn't overly wet or soaked like some tiramisu cakes can be, which made it easy to enjoy without feeling heavy. Really nice, spongy consistency. That said, the flavor fell a bit short for me. I was expecting a stronger coffee kick, but it was pretty mild and didn't really come through. If you like a bold, espresso forward tiramisu, this might feel a little underwhelming.
