I frequent this location when I'm in the mood for a sweet treat. I like the variety of offerings from savory to sweet. This location is always very clean and not super crowded. My favorite cakes are the green tea and mango cloud. Super light and airy - perfect for Texas summer! I enjoy their macarons as well. Very well balanced and not too sweet. I've tried their matcha drinks a few times as well. They aren't fabulous but I'd consider them decent. I will say they are on the pricer side as the cake slices are small and about $7 each. You can also purchase a full size cake for around $40-$45 which is more reasonable.

Came here for the Hello Kitty Holiday Cake. I had never been to this place, and I did call ahead to order the cake. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with beautiful cake displays and pastries everywhere. They also had Christmas decorations, to celebrate the season. When I walked up to the counter I gave them my name and phone number and the friendly lady handed me the cake to take home. I really liked the fact that they provide you with as set of candles to celebrate a possible birthday or just for fun. At home I opened my box and the cake was gorgeous and beautifully decorated. We ate the cake and it was pretty good, we really liked the fact that it wasn't overly sweet. The whole family enjoyed it and I wouldn't mind coming back to try more items they have to offer.

Yikes, the Temu of France. If you're looking for a cozy and authentic French bakery experience, you might find this one disappointing. The atmosphere feels worn and could really use some attention; a fresh coat of paint or more durable materials to coat the walls would help. When it comes to the baked goods, I appreciate the presentation often seen in European bakeries, but nothing tasted or seemed fresh here. There are many packaged offerings, which might be convenient for grab-and-go customers, but they definitely take away from the warm, freshly baked aroma you typically hope for in a shop specializing in sweet breads. While the selection may initially appear appealing, the lack of freshness significantly affects the overall experience. I tried a total of four food items: the chocolate croissant and chocolate pretzel pastry were nowhere near the light flakiness you'd expect from a croissant or pastry, so I didn't finish them--they simply weren't worth the calories. The coffee cake had a nice coffee flavor, but its dryness was disappointing. Lastly, the strawberry "cheese" cake was a disaster; you can find better dessert options at the grocery store. There is definitely room for improvement in both quality and ambiance. Music plays from behind the register, making it difficult to hear the very soft-spoken workers. I recommend moving the music to the corners near the entrance or restrooms and away from the registers where communication is necessary. Overall, it was a disappointing stop for $40, but I do recommend the coffee. I had an Americano and the Ube Latte, both of which were well-made and tasted as they should.

This location is very skimpy on their cream filled items like morning bread, it barely has any cream in it when it should have more than a sliver. I seen all their cream filled items are basically just a slim spread and this is not how there suppose to be made it should be filled to where the cream slightly gushes out. I don't recommend this place seems like their trying to save a lot of money and provide the least for the same high price. my items had 0 cream filling.

Chairs up two hours before closing.

We love the sweet treats offered. We come in often on a Saturday night. We would suggest that employees stop cleaning floors around customers. It's very uninviting and uncomfortable. Plus the floors look horrible because the store is full of people walking over wet floors. You don't even close for two more hours so cleaning this early is ridiculous. I appreciate a clean store but you can do it when there are no customers.

Great selection of pastries & tasty coffee. We have multiple crookies which are a repeat go to & the seasonal donut flavors filled with hazelnut & peppermint chocolate cream. I also had an iced butter pecan latte which I had the hot version of prior.

My Oo My I found this little slice of Heaven by luck, actually was going to Market Street and decided to stop in and check it out. It's a little pricey but well worth it, I just grabbed a dozen macaroons for a treat for us later on, absolutely some of the best I've had they had good variety and I went with Red Velvet, Cookies & Creme,Birthday cake,Salted Carmel & Coffee.Gluten free, organic & delicious. Plenty to choose from such as pastries, breads, Cakes Coffee & Teas. This will be one of my go to's for the special folks in my world.

Wow! Tried their strawberry matcha and it was sooooo yummy!! Place is very clean and pretty. Staffs were friendly and attentive! If you're in area then defin stop by for some pastry and their drinks!

Excited to have this bakery in the neighborhood. A good variety for you to choose from . Cakes, desserts, freshly baked goods sweet and savory ones. If you go during their grand opening they offer a premium Castella or a tote bag. Check out my photos below. Tous Les Jour, welcome to the neighborhood!

If this place had a little more seating and a bit better coffee, it would have been 5 stars for sure. The baked goods are 5+ stars. From the filled pastries to the savory bites, this place has it going on!!

Cute, easy to find, friendly staff, great drinks and pastries. Go early because it looks like they sell out of their best items earlier in the day. This is understandable because everything I had still tasted pretty fresh.

The pastry tasted good though the selection was limited. Pricey. Ok for an occasional visit.

Unfortunately, I failed to notice the ice cream display case. Although he knew it was my first visit, he failed to mention the ice cream flavors inside the case. Browsing between the Rolled Ice Cream and Crepe & Liege Waffles menus, I finally chose the Nutella crepe. Not until I got home did I realize I was ordered the Kinder Bueno. Both have Nutella, so I did not notice while eating the crepe. The crepe was very soft and chewy. At first bite, I initially thought it was undercooked. Definitely not the type to be eaten on the go without utensils. In addition to the Nutella, a medium-sized banana was sliced and spread inside and out. Lastly, the store is not ideal for dine-in. With only four tables, two inside and two outside, each with several chairs. A handful of stools placed by the exterior window for additional seating.

The man working the counter was so nice and patient as we decided on what to order. I grabbed a slice of the Nutella cheesecake which was served with strawberries on the side and my kiddo grabbed some ice cream on a waffle cone and we enjoyed our treats on their outdoor seating. With the many choices this place offers, it'll be cool to stop by and try something new every once in awhile.

This place is great, they're definitely a hit different that your other coffee places so the Black Sheep name isn't just that, which I appreciate! They do things a bit differently, like actually using crumbled pistachios on their lattes or even using a chocolate whipped cream.... That's legit! My sister got a triple chocolate frappe and it was solid! I got the Spanish latte (half sweet) I heard it was sweet, but I would probably do the normal way with and extra shot and be happy! Anyway, they way were nice, happy to answer questions after we told them we had never been there before. We didn't try any pastries or the waffles that looked absolutely fantastic! So in a return visit, which I will be making I'll have to try them! Absolutely worth stopping by or even going out of your way to check out!! I promise you it's not like the others!

I came here once before, but on that particular day the line was nearly out the door so I made a beeline and decided to shoot my shot on a day with less patrons. Pandemic fatigue is real, but I still have boundaries. When I walked in there were so many options and I was happy to also see that it was nice and clean. When ordering, I played it safe and went with something familiar (the mangonada). They had 2 versions: Frozen (called "Mangonada") for $3.50 or slush (called "Chamuco") for $5.75. The one I wanted of course was pricier ‍. Both cash and card are accepted. The sell ice cream, candy, chips, nachos, chicharrones...basically Mexican snacks. If you like spice, sweet or sour/tangy. You'll find an enjoyable treat here. The attendant was bilingual (so no fears for purely English speakers), but I enjoy practicing my Spanish when I can and it was appreciated. The door has signage that says masks are required, but there was one gentleman (customer) not wearing one, and they didn't seem to have an issue with it. Soooo...yea. ‍ I'll be back since it's so close to home (literally and figuratively). It was the perfect addition to a beautiful Texas Spring day! Reminds me of my SoCal days.
