We had some time to kill before our pickup time, which was the only reason we ended up stopping here and I'm so glad it worked out because we were blown away with how great it all was. We went with 3 cookies and 3 donuts: Cookies: Oreo S'more, Nutella Biscoff and Snickerdoodle: The Nutella Biscoff was just ok, but the other two were 10-stars each. Perfect cookies in every way. If anything, these cookies just make me mad I've had so many cookies recently that weren't this perfect. Cookie places: get it together. Do it like Golden Crown. Mochi Donuts: Pandan, Mango and Oreo: All top scores. These were so soft, and apparently so fresh compared to other mochi donuts I've had recently. I didn't even want mango and only ordered it to appease my son, but I loved it just as much as the other two. The only bad part about our experience is that ants got into our box when we had it sitting on the counter at our house, so far too much of this deliciousness went uneaten. Next time I'm in DFW, stopping here is a requirement.

My wife is from Chicago and I lived there for 30 years. We've enjoyed Rainbow Cone for a very long time and now that we live in Texas, we're so happy to see them here. I understand they will be expanding in the metroplex as well. Possibly even a Buona Beef / Rainbow Cone combo. We had our small dog with us today, so we used their large outdoor space and sat at one of their round tables, each with a large umbrella for shade. My wife had the Junior Cone and I had the regular size Original Rainbow Cone. We both very much enjoyed them. And our dog got a few licks of my cone too :) Thank you for bringing an amazing "taste of Chicago" to Texas! And we just learned that Seniors (65+) get half-off (except on cake), Monday - Friday, 11 am to 5 pm. Wow - real nice. We'll be back.

I was surprised that my kolache wasn't sticky. It was fluffy and tasted like it was made with care. The donut holes only come in a dozen and they are kept on top of a warmer, meaning they are left out and not warmed up. They did not offer to warm anything either. The kolaches are a good size but the outside is not very soft and they were not very warm at all and not a lot of flavor. They also did not have any blueberry, only cake blueberry. The only saving grace was the Apple fritter, it had real pieces of apple and was delicious! Too much sugary frosting but good! I will not make a special trip to go here again- I would much rather go to a small mom and pop place and have my donuts hot/warmed up for me.
