I ran into a mini problem (a fault of my own), called Dr. Kimberly and she was able to squeeze me in the next day. Overall Dr. Kimberly Henry fixed me and I feel so much better now! It's been about 2 years since my surgery but Dr. Kimberly never forgets her patient and is very caring! Her staff are amazing, upon arriving they sat me in a private waiting room (I am currently 8 months pregnant). I have always had a good visit with Dr. Kimberly and her staff! UNPROFESSIONAL AND AGGRESSIVE I had surgery scheduled with her. No where in the paperwork was it mentioned that the OR room was in Greenbrae. We were told it was in Davis. We live in Sacramento, so we found it wouldn't be worth the 2 hour drive. We called at 6:54 in the morning to cancel after speaking to the RN who said the op room was not in Davis and proceeded to talk to us like we were stupid. Dr. Henry proceeded to call me 7:48 am and harass me telling me that they were all prepped and were waiting for us to come. I told her I had already cancelled with the RN. She said we could stop by any time today and if we don't my sister would lose the 11k she spent for the surgery. I said I understand keeping the deposit I put down, but taking the full amount for services not rendered because lack of communication and not listing clearing where your OR is in your paperwork is NOT our fault. From our home in W.Sac it's a 1hr 48min drive. She kept insisting it's only 1hr away and we NEED to come. How exactly would she even know how long it would take?? We asked her to please email us her cancellation policy she stated: "I'm not going to do that". WAIT WHAT?! What kind of business refuses to send you there cancellation policy. She's SHADY and she knows it. There is no cancellation policy ON HER WEBSITE nor is it in any of the paperwork that was given to us. My sister was only given Pre and Post OP instructions. Nowhere was she given a "Financial Policy." When my sister had her surgeries (through a surgery center not affiliated with Kim) she was given and signed a "Financial Policy," so she knew the refund policies. Dr. Henry's whole tone changed when my sisters husband spoke to her on the phone and threatened litigation. She then hung up. Kim you are deplorable for trying to take advantage of me. How old are you? You're a grown woman harassing a young 21 year old. How sad and pathetic. You caused me, who by the way has a young child with a disability a huge amount of emotional distress. Which I shouldn't have even been shocked by considering the amount of butchering you've done to others, emotionally and physically. AND you are not in the "Top" anything, sorry not sorry. If Kim was as good as she claims and so busy and popular she wouldn't have been so desperate for our business. "Come anytime today!" What kind of surgery center are you operating?! Why not just say ok to us canceling and this ordeal would've been over. Instead Dr.Henry chose to badger my sister and I. We have voicemails and text messages to prove it. It was never my number 1 pick however, I was forced to settle because it was the only place in the sacramento area that offered implants. Terrible terrible mistake. This its the second time I've gone to dr henry,9 yrs ago I had my breast augmentation done and this is the second time with her. I had no doubt in my mind that she would be the best to do them again. I absolutely love her staff they literally do care about their patients. Her greenbrae location was so beautIful and very warm and welcoming. I just had my surgery done yesterday and just this morning her staff called and followed up to see how I am feeling and doing. They bought me flowers and a few bags with the things I would need to clean and take care of my incisions. I would highly recommend dr henry she is worth every penny. And all her facilities show. They have TOUCH MD to help you look at your file of before and after pictures of you and its another way to communicate with her and her staff. I came to Dr. Henry for a rhinoplasty consult a couple​ months back. She was very personable and I felt really listened to what I wanted and that took away any anxiety I had about the procedure. On the day of the procedure,​ the staff was so kind and comforting and made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable​. I spoke with the nurse about post-op care and the anestesiologist on what to expect and all this helped me be more calm and confident that I was in good hands. The operation went smoothly and I was well taken care of upon waking. My recovery was very comfortable and painless which I didn't expect. I practically had the week off from work to just chill out with a cast on my face. I had no pain and an easy recovery. A week later when it was time to take off my cast Dr. Henry knew that the reveal can be intense so she was very sensitive​ towards my feelings which I deeply appreciated​. Upon the reveal​, ​l it was very different but I was in love and the staff was as well! I was so happy when I got back home, it was emotional for me because my nose had made me very self counsious before and I was bullied for it. I came across Dr. Kimberlys yelp and thought oh what the heck I'll make a consultation since she had some decent 5 star reviews. They had a special so the consultation was free (they charge $200 or so for consultations). I've always wanted a Brazilian Butt Lift. The staff was warm and helpful and asked if I had any concerns or questions, they offered to help with financing. Cool, then I met Dr. Kimberly. She came off like she wasn't interested hearing me at all with the type of results I wanted from a Brazilian Butt lift and told me it was impossible for me to get those results based on my "cute tooch" being too tight and it not being "saggy" enough to transfer fat to my ass. "Coke bottle shape is unrealistic". And she basically said she'd only be able to transfer a little bit of fat. In other words "I'm not able to give you the results you're looking for, BUT Ima still charge you $10,000 for the procedure!" Then she tried to offer me a mommy makeover, as well as boob implants! When that's clearly not what I'm interested in getting. Im just saying if I'm gonna spend 10,000 on a procedure my ass better be fat and I should be snatched like Kylie Jenner. For the last 3 years I been looking for the right Dr to have my face And neck lift done, I decided from 7 Dr. to choose Dr. Kimberly do the 5 stars and good reviews in google. But believe me when I said this """ I was so stupid for not checking Yelp"""". When you meet her she is all nice and cordial it tells you all the right words to get you. Once you make the decision to do it... right o way the schedule you the charge your cc and all this time you thinking is in Davis where I got my appointments, then the 1 day before the surgery you find out is Greenbrae... really... anyways I had my procedure done, then for some reason I started having problems with my ears, black stuff was and still coming out of them when I call her and told her that my face was swollen and I was in a lot pain, this dr had no shame she told me to get an Uber all the way to San Francisco to her other office then hang up on me, she was upset with me. I was like wtf... I didn't go...I went to the ER and they advised me that I had ear infection.. so I got Antibiotics but they haven't work I am still in pain. So I thought ok I have another procedure pending it was liposuction of my back and arms I didn't wanna do it. but since she told me If I didn't do the procedure they had to keep 1/2 of the payment and that's a lot of money. So I go ahead and did it, and believe it was so pain full!!! she send me home with out proper cover in my incisions so when I got home my coat my daughter car passenger sit was full of blood it was scary and still I was in so much pain. My daughter call the Dr and ask her why I was bleeding so much and that why even after I took 2 of the 5.325 norcos I was still in pain. The Dr was so rude to my daughter first of all she staring telling my Daughter "" be quiet your mom overdosed and she is going to die take it to the ER now"" my daughter try to ask her what do mean she overdosed??? But Dr Kymberli wouldn't let her talk she was screaming at her to shut up and listen to her I mean she when from nice to crazy!!!! And here I am looking at my daughter almost fainting because this woman has no professionalism and scare my daughter to death... then she had the nerve to hung up the phone on us.. after a few minutes she send me a msge saying that I was ok to take the pain medication that there was no harm since is that how she prescribed to me... really really.... after you almost give my daughter a heart attack... we end up taking her to the ER because how she was feeling thank god she was ok... so yeah please don't go to this Dr make sure you choose the right Dr to do your cosmetic procedures. Investigate and see she is not phony and acts nice just to get your money then treat you like she doesn't have any responsibility over your procedures. I am prying to god that after all the swollen of my arms and back goes down will look ok, because what I am seeing right now it doesn't look good at all... one of my arms look super skinny and the other one it look like she didn't do anything to it, it looks just purple and red but still the same no change. And my face is been a month 1/2 and is not what I was looking forward to see at all. !!!! My god what a mistake I swear if I could take time back I would have never choose her... never... !!!!!!!!!!! i've always been too lazy to write a yelp cause normally i really don't care. i'm only writing this to hopefully save other guys $4000+ dollars. Dr Kim is actually appears really nice and seems to care. I've seen all the progress from other people, mainly just females, and if they're real, good for them. However I haven't seen any guys get liposuction and probably for good reason. Even 3 months after the surgery I looked pretty much the same. I kept getting reassurance that over time somehow it'll go away but it never did. I would NOT recommend her to any guy getting liposuction as she did absolutely nothing to me. read more

I had a butt augmentation (fat transfer) done by Dr Kimberly Henry in October of 2014, I am 4 months post op and I am absolutely in love with the results.
