Had bridesmaid dress and 2 dresses done. By far best in the area! She was patient and knew exactly what needed to be done!

This is a great little shop in Lee Heights that offers high quality (though not outrageously…read morepriced) Women's fashion and accessories as well as adorable high end baby and toddler clothing. They also offer a great selection of unique gifts and other special items that you can't find at the countless big box stores that have taken over almost everywhere else here now. It's like visiting...Etsy...in person. If such a store existed of course. Obviously only a very very small, and very highly curated BIT of Etsy, but still...it's etsy-esque. In a good way. Well worth a visit. Especially for those "extra hard to shop for" and "already have everything" types. They're also great for the many miscellaneous gift needs that pop up throughout the year for coworkers and teachers and other people you might not know very well and whose gift options fall uncomfortably in between even the classiest target dollar bin options your best friends might love, and the fancier more expensive fare reserved for one's own children, close relatives, spouses... The "I don't really know what, but ideally something special and memorable and cool" gifts for all sorts of things like secret Santas, teacher appreciation, miscellaneous baby/bridal showers, office party exchanges, attempts to gain favor or acceptance from cringey or critical or perfectly lovely mother in laws...etc. This place is perfect for all of those and more. I've found awesome Christmas presents for my mother here two years in a row now, and many fun things for myself as well. Best boutique baby clothes section I've seen in the Arlington area, actually. Oh! And Scout bags galore!

They offer a spectacularly curated and frequently updated selection of some of the best labels, particularly the Adams Morgan location. I hadn't been back since 2022--far too long. During this most recent visit last week I was refitted and tried on at least a dozen bras, lingerie, and corsets. Ursula and Ashley were amazing--helpful, patient, and genuine hype girls (over the course of 2+ hours of indecision). They took turns bringing things based on what I picked out, my updated size, and whatever else caught their expert eye, and helped me get in and out of the corsets as needed. We even talked must-have skincare at one point!

She helped find bras that worked for my shape and had a deep understanding of the bra construction (how each panel and underwire support fit). She helped me adjust the bras appropriately and walked through the steps of adjusting the bra once on for smoothness and the best fit. The bras were also super cute and the size range was good. I have a small band and large cup and it seemed like she had at least 10 that she had me check out and try on. She was also responsive to my questions and other asks like matching underwear, colors, strap types, etc. in the fitting room, they have a variety of tops you can try on with the bras to check out how they work with different outfits. Additionally, the store is very inclusive and welcoming to women in general- there were a variety of sizes, women were all treated equally and with a lot of care, men were not back in the fitting area, there was no discomfort/awkwardness as they were helping with adjustments (and parts were pretty hands on).

Blossom & Buds - Adorable mini boden 3T vest. I had to restrain myself from buying two sizes up.

So many consignment stores are wildly overpriced, but this one hits the perfect sweet spot between quality and affordability. It's also never overcrowded with merchandise, which makes shopping actually enjoyable so no digging through overstuffed racks or wasting hours trying to find one good item. The manager does an amazing job keeping inventory fresh, too. I stop in about once a week and always find something new. My most recent finds were a madewell beanie and north face parka. My style leans trendy rather than purely name-brand, but i love when I score Frame jeans for around $50, Veronica Beard dresses for about the same, or a like-new Lululemon Scuba hoodie for around $40. At most other consignment shops, those pieces would easily be well over $100. As a consigner, I really appreciate how fair and knowledgeable they are. At the end of the day, we only get paid when items actually sell--and they truly know what sells. If they pass on something, I don't take it personally. I'd rather donate it than have it sit. Using the Frame jeans example, if they sell for $50, I make $25. Could I maybe sell for more on eBay? Sure, but that hassle isn't for me, and the convenience here is absolutely worth it. One important note for new consigners: please review the website before bringing items in. It clearly explains what they accept and how to prepare items, and the process is insanely efficient as I'm usually in and out in under 10 minutes. There's even a helpful video that walks you through everything. It's frustrating (and honestly awkward) when people come in unprepared it slows things down for everyone. I love this shop, and I truly think you will, too! Whether you're looking to shop, consign, or both, this is hands-down one of the best consignment stores in the Arlington area.

Owner is a truly unpleasant person but somehow manages to hire well - most of the staff are friendly, just hope to avoid her. I have literally bought something here one day and changed my mind, brought it back to rescinding that week and been told it didn't meet their standards - weird bc I just bought it from you and haven't worn it. No rhyme or reason to what they accept or reject, and owner is extremely snooty when going through your items, rejecting things for imagined imperfections. She also 100% treats people differently based on their appearance - if I come in after work and am dressed up, she is more likely to take my items. If I come in clean and stylish workout clothes instead, my items get rejected. Definitely preferences things like lilly pulitzer and tory burch so if that's your style, maybe you'll be happy. I personally don't appreciate being made to feel as if i've stolen items off the back of a truck and talked down to.
